During the winter Lake Arrowhead is a winter wonderland during the spring, summer, and fall, sun shines everywhere. The top level consists of a loft that features great views from every side as well as a cozy fireplace and a bathroom. The main floor consists of a full kitchen, a lovely family room w/fireplace and 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Home is located on a gated, flat lot. This home is located in a great neighborhood just blocks north of Lake Arrowhead near shops and restaurants. Big Bear City and ski lodges are only 25 miles away.
