Rent this 700 sq ft 1 BR, 1 BA apartment located just off of urban Main St. and 5 min from downtown Vancouver. Indulge in the decadent coffee shops, great restaurants and trendy boutiques just steps from the building.

You will like this spacious suite, recently renovated with all new furniture. It sleeps 3-4 including the double pull-out sofa. The kitchen is stocked with great cook ware and many extras.
Enjoy high-def TV channels on a 37" wide screen TV with surround sound and a 5 disc DVD player. Listen to digital music channels or surf the fast broadband internet using wired or wireless connection.

Video-on-Demand and Pay-per-View services are available as pay per use. Free phone calls with-in North America. The suite has a good size deck and is very bright with a fantastic view of the community garden which is at its best in summer. It is on the second floor and has coin laundry just down the hall. 2 parking stalls are available in the underground, gated parking area.

It is a comfortable alternative to a hotel. Perfect for business men and women, actors and actresses, producer, directors and writers, executives involved in the 2010 Olympics or any travelers looking for a “home away from home” feeling in a short term stay.

  • Awesome location!! Less than 5 minutes walk to all amenities and transport. Cool area. The apartment was fantastic. Very roomy, modern renovations and in fantastic condition. Everything we were looking for in our trip to vancouver, made it our best so far. Excellently priced and the better than any hotel we saw. Thanks so much and look forward to hopefully staying again soon!!!

  • I have nothing but positive comments about my stay in this lovely apartment. The furnishings are new and comfortable, the balcony is a real bonus making the apartment nice and light. The accommodation is very clean and the kitchen well stocked with equipment. The tv is large and the surround sound is amazing. I loved the location on a residential tree lined street, much, much better than the highrise downtown alternative. Public transport is an easy 5 minute walk away. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to friends and family. Candisha is a joy to deal with, giving very prompt responses to communications and being wholly reliable.

  • Absolutely wonderful!!! we enjoyed every minute of our stay - it was indeed "home away from home". Candy and Jamie were wonderful and most helpful. The best part was the Chinese channel, the internet and the free (North America) long distance which came with the package. For a family travelling with 3 generations, after returning from a full day of outdoor fun, the oldest generation with a language barrier had the Chinese channel for entertainment, the youngest generation had the internet and the middle generation had the phone! We thoroughly recommend this place to everyone visiting Vancouver.

  • This condo was a great alternative to a hotel and provided a wonderful place to stay in Vancouver. It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, secure, and a good value. The location is within short walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and bus stops. The homeowner was very helpful and easy to contact. I highly recommend staying here!

  • My boyfriend and I stayed here for a month and the apartment was definitely a highlight of Vancouver for us. It is bright and sunny with a beautiful community garden across the street. We loved grilling on the balcony. The neighborhood is fun and funky with lots of restaurants, cafes and a grocery nearby. The bus to downtown is steps away and could not have been easier. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Vancouver.
