Get away from the crowds!! Our condo at Chadham by the Sea is in a small 52-unit complex one mile from a national seashore - we're the last condo south on the "non-drive" beach. If you're tired of over-run pools and beaches in mega-complexes we have the alternative. Also, look at our pictures to note the views; if you don't see these views on other websites its because they don't have them!
New Smyrna Beach is one road up and down the beach; easy! So why be crowded on the north end; come on down to the south end (5 minutes by car) and have privacy and peace of mind on the "no drive" part of the beach.
Let our "home away from home" be your next vacation haven. Our second-floor direct oceanfront condo (we are in the north building) offers the sounds, smells, and breezes of the ocean - without ever leaving the condo! We love it there and have received many positive comments from our guests. We have the experience and reputation to meet our guests needs. Our attention to detail makes a difference - this is a home; not a sterile rental unit. Recent additions to the building include Wi Fi for wireless internet connection and a gated entrance to insure maximum security.
Wake up to a magnificent sunrise viewed from the full glass wall in the master bedroom. Hear the break of the waves - we're on the 2nd floor, 100 feet from the ocean, with unrestricted ocean views from the balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen, in addition to the master bedroom.
Our unit is a roomy, 1400 square feet, with another 200 square feet of balcony, all on one level. We've decorated it "casual beachy". The 3 bedrooms: a double pillow-top King bed in the master bedroom, a pillow-top Queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom. There is plenty of closet space; a large double-sink master bathroom, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Both the living room and dining room are tiled; and the kitchen is fully-equipped - all the way down to spices.
Our home is on the second floor, easily accessed by elevator or the stairs.
We think of New Smyrna Beach as "old Florida". (Click on the websites below to learn more about the area.) In fact, readers of Orlando Sentinal newspaper voted New Smyrna Beach as the best beach in Florida! We know you will love this home as much as we do. For the continued comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow pets or smoking.)

Why the Owner Chose Chadham by the Sea
We looked all over Florida and fell in love with the small town "old Florida" feel of New Smyrna Beach. It was also close to family and attractions in Orlando. We prefer the east coast of Florida to the hotter muggier west coast. We love it there and can't visit enough...future retirement location and happy to share it with guests until then! We have gotten lots of wonderful feedback on our place from guests.

We watch dolphins from our 2nd floor balcony in the mornings and then in the evenings stroll across the street to the intracoastal and watch the manatees play. We are across from JB's Fishcamp (restaurant). On the "non-drive" beach. Salt-water pool...if you haven't tried this it is luxurious!!! Small complex; not overrun. One mile from National Sea Shore. Cape Canaveral launches visible from the beach.

We had a fabulous time!!! I could have used a few more days there but we had to get back to reality. My husband and I had stayed at Sea Woods before many years ago when we visited New Smyrna Beach but we both so enjoyed the view of the ocean at your place. Our friends oved it, too! Everytime we lost our friend, he was on the deck looking at the ocean with binoculars. You have a really nice place there.

Hi! Just thought I'd let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. We had a fabulous time! My kids just LOVED the ocean. It was very nice to be so close to the ocean, and to have a nice pool available. Perhaps we'll visit again in a year or two. It sure was a nice change of weather from Wisconsin.

Thank you, and yes we had a greet time. I stayed in the master bedroom and it was greet to go to sleep every night to the sounds of the ocean. The weather was perfect. You have a beautiful condo, with everything we needed for our all to short stay. Everything was well cleaned. It is the perfect home away from home. But the highligt for me was to get to watch the dolphins swim right by the balcony almost every morining and even of the evenings. we come to Florida every year and can't wait untill our next visit.

You have a beautiful place! We have never stayed anywhere that the owners have put so much care into making us feel so much at home! The views were mesmerizing! My 18 year old triplets and 15 year old who have not built sandcastles in many years but could not resist with the wonderful assortment of beach toys. The travel and restaurant information - even menus from many restaurants were very helpful in deciding where we ate. Manny's has delicious pizza! Not having to think about details such as paper towels, dish soap, trash bags was wonderful. Those are so often the things that are forgotten on the trip to the grocery store when you first arrive! Leaving the MVP card for the grocery store so that we could get the discounts was an unexpected and welcomed touch. I am sure that anyone who stays in your place will never want to stay anywhere else, or at the very least will have very high expectations from wherever they go.
