Wow, we absolutely loved staying here. The second floor view is spectacular, with floor to ceiling windows from your bedroom and living room, you can hear the waves 24 hours a day. Location is situated in a residential area, within a walk to the end of the road so nice and quiet compared to other locations on the beach. The unit is spacious and well equipped, and in a quiet building. Even though it was March break there were no wild parties here! There were a few things that need updating, however, we quickly adjusted. Also the pool is heated and lovely. Spent hours on the beach and by the pool. Loved it! Thank you...

A wonderful place to get away to and exactly like the photos show. The view is incredible with the huge walls of glass. Plenty of space for your family with the three bedrooms or enjoy a quiet retreat with someone special. Close enough to the quaint town but far enough to be private and quite. You won't have any regrets with this one.

This is the best place to rent in Florida, hands down. We have stayed in Destin, Melbourne, Ft. Walton and several other places but this is the very best. The owners are awesome to work with and always happy to accomodate. We're renting this condo for the third time in July, I doubt it will be our last. Thanks Beth, your condo is outstanding.

We had a fabulous time!!! I could have used a few more days there but we had to get back to reality. My husband and I had stayed at Sea Woods before many years ago when we visited New Smyrna Beach but we both so enjoyed the view of the ocean at your place. Our friends oved it, too! Everytime we lost our friend, he was on the deck looking at the ocean with binoculars. You have a really nice place there.

Hi! Just thought I'd let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. We had a fabulous time! My kids just LOVED the ocean. It was very nice to be so close to the ocean, and to have a nice pool available. Perhaps we'll visit again in a year or two. It sure was a nice change of weather from Wisconsin.

Thank you, and yes we had a greet time. I stayed in the master bedroom and it was greet to go to sleep every night to the sounds of the ocean. The weather was perfect. You have a beautiful condo, with everything we needed for our all to short stay. Everything was well cleaned. It is the perfect home away from home. But the highligt for me was to get to watch the dolphins swim right by the balcony almost every morining and even of the evenings. we come to Florida every year and can't wait untill our next visit.

You have a beautiful place! We have never stayed anywhere that the owners have put so much care into making us feel so much at home! The views were mesmerizing! My 18 year old triplets and 15 year old who have not built sandcastles in many years but could not resist with the wonderful assortment of beach toys. The travel and restaurant information - even menus from many restaurants were very helpful in deciding where we ate. Manny's has delicious pizza! Not having to think about details such as paper towels, dish soap, trash bags was wonderful. Those are so often the things that are forgotten on the trip to the grocery store when you first arrive! Leaving the MVP card for the grocery store so that we could get the discounts was an unexpected and welcomed touch. I am sure that anyone who stays in your place will never want to stay anywhere else, or at the very least will have very high expectations from wherever they go.

Comment Text: We just got back from a fabulous vacation. I was a little sceptical at first, having done all the transactions over the internet, but everything was in order just as you laid out in the rental agreement. The size of your unit was much larger than we are used to. We had four adults and two children and had plenty of room for us all without feeling the least bit cramped. The location was incredible. I have never stayed so close to the ocean before. Wow! The pool was large and never crowded. The fishing and manatee/dolphin watching in the lagoon across the street were fantastic! The girls rented some ocean kayaks and paddled out into the lagoon as well. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would have to say our visit was an 11! We try and book different areas each summer, but for the first time may have to make a return visit at some time in the future! Again, thanks for having us!

Beth, The condo was better than we expected! Everything was in order, just as it said on the web site. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay at this great ocean beach overlook. The view from the living room and master bedroom were spectacular. If you book this, spend the $5 and drive thru and visit the Canaveral Nat. Park about one mile south as well as visit the small local playgroung just 2 blocks north turn left and then the 1st left, middle of block and look for the manatee in the cove. Even after hurricane Charlie the place was wonderful... Also visit Turtles just up from Walgreens for a fine dining experience! Thanks again, Rick & Sue

What a beautiful and peaceful part of the world! We have vacationed in other areas of Florida, but this is by far is our favorite. We thought perhaps it would be "too" quiet for our teenagers but with the tennis courts, surfing and many shuffleboard tournaments, they exclaimed how great it was in New Smyra Beach. Watching the sunrise every day was most enjoyable. The National Seashore was abundant with shells and great for long walks and running. Flagler Avenue had quite a few interesting shops. JB Fish Camp was wonderful mean especially the Bethune Beach Gumbo. The first aid kit came in handy for injury sustained from oversealous surfing rides. Thanks for the opportunity to rent. It was absolutely wonderful!

We have rented many condos on the beach over the years and this was by far the nicest. Everything was absolutely awesome. Some things we recommend in the area: JBs Fish Camp restaurant, Inlet Harbor Restaurant- a bit of a drive but worth it; Turnhill Bay Golf Course; Massage at Art of Touch - only $45 and one of the best I've had; Dolphins across street - take small deadend road down to water and take right. There is a small park with many dolphins and sometimes manatees. Thanks again - it was great!

This condo is absolutely wonderful!! We've been coming to New Smyrna Beach for the last three years and your condo tops every other condo we've stayed in. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. The kids absolutely loved it too. Your thoughtfullness and attention to the kids was very much appreciated (toys, beach towels, games, etc). What a beautiful place; it's even better than you described. I see why you have fallen so in love with New Smyrna Beach. After a hectic week in Orlando, doing the amusement park circuit, a week to relax here was exactly what we needed and the weather was perfect all week.
