Quaint, cute cabin/house overlooking Lake Pend Oreille with southern views of Cottage and Pearl Islands, Ellisport Bay, Green Monarch mountains/cliffs. Sandpoint and Baldy Mountain can be viewed from the deck off to the west...wonderful sunsets to enjoy your evening by.
Short Minutes walk to three of the nicest deep water marinas on the lake complete with small grocery store, great restaurants, guest slips/boat rentals. Enjoy scenic bike rides along mellow Hope back roads with full views of Lake Pend Oreille and Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
We would like to introduce you to the area by giving a free half day sail/instruction on our Crealock 34 sailboat if you decide to rent for a week or more. It is located within a 9 min walk from the cabin.

Owner Description
My wife and I enjoy meeting fellow travelers. My wife is a nurse and I have a small tractor/hydroseeding business and teach Aikido. We have lived in this area since 1977. We enjoy skiing and are avid Ocean and Lake sailors. Our homeport is Anacortes, WA and Hope, ID. We have raised two children who are now in College.

The folks above stayed with us at separate times during the Summers of 08 and 09. Some have returned each year. We have many others that we would like to list. All their comments are in our guestbook. All have been very positive since we opened our rental in the Spring of 08. The reviews read very similar in following examples; " Loved the views off the deck, Home was very clean and felt like Grandma'a house, Hate to leave,look froward to coming back. Loved the sail, enjoyed watching our children interact on the boat, Great Hospitality, See you next year. What a wonderful place to stay. Colors of the area were refreshing-deep hues of the lake contrasted with tall evergreens and maples. Thanks for the bikes. Had a great time exploring."
