Enjoy the privacy of a true master bedroom suite! Master bedroom contains a king bed (two twin beds made to a king) with a full bathroom including a walk in shower and large bath tub (jets are not connected). The second bedroom is nicely equipped with two twin beds that can be combined into another king bed upon request. High quality queen or twin air beds and portable cribs are available upon request for no additional charge. This unit has central air conditioning!
This is a great unit to stay in, but please note that this unit had not been recently updated. The range is old, the carpet has some wear spots in high traffic areas, and there are some spots of peeling wall paper. There is a jetted bathtub in the master bedroom, but the jets are not functional. The furniture is nice. The suite is in good overall condition.

A 10% discount off of the rental rates for this unit is available at the time of booking due to the closure of the lanai, the noise, and other inconveniences. Koko Resorts has no control of or actual knowledge of the dates that renovation work will occur. Koko Resorts will refund an additional 20% off of the room rental rate for all dates actually effected by air conditioning restrictions. Please only book this suite if you are willing to accept these conditions as no further refunds, unit changes, or cancellations will be available due to renovation.
Koko Resorts provides nearby management in case of the unexpected. Our management office is located across directly the street in the Waikiki Banyan on the 5th floor of Tower 1 in Suite 501. Koko Resorts also provides other convenient amenities, free of charge, such as boogie boards, golf putters, tennis rackets, portable (folding) cribs, and inflatable mattresses. Amenities can be checked out from our office on a first come basis.

Excellent value for the space! Condo is circa 1982, but what a view! Great for a family with plenty of space for playing. In house laundry was great. Had a few problems, broken Vacuum and coffee maker, promptly replaced by Koko resorts. Look forward to returning next year! Safeway is 20 min walk away. Used the BBQ 3 times, and it was great.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our stay at the Waikiki Banyan was great. Very close to Waikiki Beach and other amenities. Due to a problem with the unit we had reserved, we were moved to another unit. The second unit did not have the washer/dryer or the larger Lanai, but did have a nicer view. Koko Resorts are great to work with and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely book another stay with them.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
