Photo 1 - Lewes, Delaware Vacation Rental This luxury beach house is perfectly located inside Lewes most popular resort of The Villages of Five Points. The resort's town center offers restaurants, sports bar, gourmet grocery store, coffee house, hair salon, tennis courts and pool for use by our residents. Built in 2005, this exclusive, elegant, spacious home has every accommodation one needs for a luxurious beach get-away, just a two and a one-half hours drive from the Nation's Capital. Beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture, modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with Italian tiles, and great attention to detail and quality in design and decoration. This four bedroom beach house features master bedroom suite with private bath on the main level, large bedroom with queen size bed on the second floor, large guest room with queen size bed also on the second floor and a room with two twin size beds. The spacious first-floor master suite has 11' ceilings, large windows, double crown molding, and is decorated with quality classic American furniture. Ensuite private bathroom has Jacuzzi tub, separate double shower, large double vanity. The two large second floor bedrooms with 9' ceilings have beautiful distressed white-painted furniture, armoire with digital cable TV hidden behind doors of top section, matching night stands. The fourth bedroom sleeps two in two full-length twin beds with beach theme night stand (all painted in beautiful glazed antique white. Lots of light and large closet. A half bath is available on the main level. A full bathroom is shared by all bedrooms on the second floor. Second floor has nine foot ceilings and separate air conditioning controls zoned for the second level. This house has classic front porch with white painted wooden columns and rails. Fully furnished kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile floor, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, several sets of glasses, complete set of china, cooking utensils and flatware, etc. Outside step out to our pergola with gas grill, seating and dining area for entertaining. We have two car garage and additional two full-sized parking spaces. The Resort of the Villages of Five Points offers tennis courts, pool, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. The house is about five minutes drive to the beach, which is in the State Park, where parking is available.
