This luxury beach house is perfectly located inside Lewes’ most popular resort—The Villages of Five Points. The resort's town center offers restaurants, sports bars, a gourmet grocery store, coffee house, hair salons, tennis courts, and a pool for use by our residents.
Built in 2005, this exclusive, elegant, and spacious home has every accommodation one needs for a luxurious beach get-away and is just a two and a half hour drive from the Nation's Capital.
Beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture, modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with Italian tiles, and great attention to detail and quality in design and decoration.
This four bedroom beach house features a master bedroom suite with private bath on the main level, two large bedrooms with queen-size beds on the second floor, and a room with two twin-size beds.
The spacious master suite has 11' ceilings, large windows, double crown molding, and is decorated with quality classic American furniture. The en suite private bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, separate double shower, and a large double vanity.
The two large second floor bedrooms have 9' ceilings, beautifully distressed white-painted furniture, an armoire with digital cable TV hidden behind doors in the top section, and matching night stands. This levels has separate air conditioning control zones, making your stay as comfortable as you’d like.
The fourth bedroom sleeps two in two full-length twin beds with beach theme night stand. This room has lots of light and a large closet.
A half bath is available on the main level. A full bathroom is shared by all bedrooms on the second floor.
This house has a classic front porch with white painted wooden columns and rails.
The fully furnished kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile floor, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, several sets of glasses, a complete set of china, cooking utensils and flatware.
Outside, our pergola includes a gas grill, seating, and a dining area for entertaining.
We have a two car garage and two additional full-sized parking spaces.
The Resort of the Villages of Five Points offers tennis courts, a pool, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. The house is about a five minute drive to the beach at Henlopen State Park, where parking is available.

My family vacationed in June of 2010 with our kids and mini-dachsund. The house was nothing short of beautiful. Not only were we completely satisfied with the home, but not pictured is a beautiful den with leather furniture, flat screen TV and lots of movies for those nights when you just want to kick back and do nothing but hang out. The community pool was great, as well as the restaurants - Fish On, Yum! Don't be put off by not being right on the beach, it only a short ride by car - to Lewes or Henlopen State Park. Great time, great memories.
