The home is beautifully decorated and fully equipped to make your vacation a truly special experience. From the screened porch your view includes the backyard, pool, canal and a vast southern exposure of unspoiled Keys natural habitat.
Inside there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar. A large open living room with adjacent dining area overlooks the screened porch and views. Amenities include 2 TVs with VCR and DVD, stereo with CD, a phone/fax machine, central A/C, washer/dryer and barbecue grill. For sleeping there is a king bed in the master suite, two doubles in bedroom two and a queen in bedroom number three. At ground level there is a covered patio, covered parking, and secure tenant storage area. From the dock you have access to the ocean and backcountry through some spectacular creeks and canals using two owner supplied kayaks. There are restaurants, shops, convenience stores, fuel and bait/tackle/kayak rentals within a short drive. Key West is 15 minutes (12 miles) south for world class dining, shopping and unique history. The International Airport in Miami is about a three hours drive. This is a designated non-smoking home.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Our family loves the location. Not only is our home convenient to Key West, but the property itself has great privacy. The tropical landscaping provides a buffer from the street, while the vacant property on the canal behind the home allows us our own private estate. The canal is deep, clear, and clean with an abundance of fish to gaze upon. The heated pool is great for relaxing and catching some rays. The view from the family room offers the same unobstructed view of nature making for a relaxing retreat!
