Gorgeous condo on Perdido Key Beach! This condo features panoramic views of the white sands and emerald green waters. From the third floor balcony, you will be able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset overlooking one of the top beaches in America - watch the dolphins, shore birds and surf.
Ocean Breeze East has a pool, community room, and an elevator for your comfort. Our unit has recently been completely renovated and is very nicely furnished. You will walk in and immediately see the gulf. The kitchen is bright with a tiled floor, all new stainless appliances, and is open to the living room with a breakfast bar and sit-down dining table. The living room has new furniture and accessories. Both the master bedroom (king) and the second bedroom (two twin beds) are spacious and complete with new furniture. Our covered balcony is both spacious and private and is directly on the beach. We have a phone, cable TV and Internet.
Perdido Key is a great place to vacation and relax. Walk across the street to brand new shops with restaurants and bars. Fresh seafood restaurants, local seafood markets, groceries are close by for all your needs. Also, Ocean Breeze is only about 20 minutes to Pensacola or Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. You can enjoy activities for the whole family such as all water sports, golf, amusement parks or just relaxing on the beautiful white sand beach.
