The entire upstairs has brand new tile throughout. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a set of full over full size bunk beds(sleeping 4). The open living room has a sleeper sofa and a 32' wide deck overlooking the water below.
The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and is stocked with all of the essentials such as dishes, appliances, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator.
The downstairs has a complete in-law suite which includes a living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom/laundry room and bedroom with a queen size bed. It has a 32' wide covered patio outback just steps to the water. It also has a fully stocked kitchen including dishes, stove/oven, toaster oven, pots/pans and refrigerator with ice maker.
Spend your time here with a fishing line in the water, set up a crab trap, play in the water, take a boat ride and see what may await you when you come back to check your lines.
There is boat/trailer parking on the property. Dock your boat right out back so you're ready to go fishing or take a cruise when the mood hits you. Bring all your water toys so you can enjoy the full experience of living on the water!
The fish cleaning stand outback keeps the kitchen clean!
If you prefer to swim in a pool, the neighborhood swimming pool is about 2 blocks away ~ just next to Key Allegro Marina.
