Perfect Snowbird home! Quiet cul-de-sac home located in St Augustine Shores, 5 minutes to beach, and historical downtown St Augustine. Less than 2 hours to Disney and Cape Canaveral, 45 minutes to Jacksonville, 1 hr to Jacksonville Airport. 30 minutes to World Golf Village and outlet malls. Great shopping, easy access to beach and historical city. Many walking paths including one to community dock and boat access point. Parks and play area for kids. "Backyard is under landscape renovation (cactus in the yard) so not recommended to walk on without shoes."
This is a 2 bedroom home with screened in porch for BBQ. Galley kitchen and open dining and living area. Ideal for that snowbird couple looking to head south and avoid the cold up north.
