This is an open floor plan with 3 stories. The Main floor consists of a large kitchen with a dining room table that seats 10. Just off the kitchen is the family room with a couch and a futon that opens into a full bed.
This level also has the Master bedroom w/King Bed and spacious master bath with jetted tub, the utility room with half bath, washer/dryer and access to the 800sf wrap around deck. On the deck is a propane grill.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one w/Queen and twin beds, the other with a Queen bed, and between the rooms a full bath.
The Bottom floor has large sleeping area with a double, twin and trundle beds and a full bath.
The house is located 1/2 mile from the YMCA, 2miles from downtown, with 5 minute access to the Big Thompson River and 15 min walking distance to Moraine Park in RMNP. Views from the family room include Longs Peak.
Rocky Mountain National Park has over 350 miles of hiking trails, with over half above tree line. Trail Ridge Road is the highest continuous paved road in the U.S. reaching 12,200 ft above sea level in its 20 mile stretch across the tundra.
Our neighborhood is quiet and a few hundred yards from the boundary to RMNP.
Hiking, fishing, biking, and wildlife abound. |
