My family and I spend the past week at this place and loved it, the location is great, walking distance to the beach and stores, or just a short 5 minute drive. The place was clean and was very comfortable for our three little ones, we didn't even use the second bedroom becasue all kids wanted to sleep in the loft. Doug was very accommodating to our dates and the reservation process was fast and easy, will definitely consider renting again.

Great week for the family
Great week for the family
A great place to spend a week. Condo is a short walk from the beach in a quiet, patrolled community. We also found that you can drive over to the Sea Colony high-rises at the beach, park long enough to unload your gear, then return the car and walk back in a few minutes. The condo is also right next to one of the outdoor pools. We chatted with someone staying in one of the high-rises, and they didn't sound too excited about their apartment (even though they likely paid double what we did).

Easy, Affordable, and Comfortable
Easy, Affordable, and Comfortable
I've rented this property twice for my family's June vacation. Owner responded quickly to our date request and sent contract out fast. Property is clean and well maintained, and is easily walking/biking distance to beach. There is a small pool across the street as well. We've only ever used the downstairs double beds, but there are twin beds and a futon in the loft to sleep more. Sea Colony can't be beat for pools, activities, playgrounds, and proximity to restaurants/shopping. Perfect spot for families! Only downside would be if stairs were a problem, as it is on second floor. Would highly recommend this property over beach front for those looking for something more affordable and who enjoy a little more space to cook and relax.
