Great beach cottage! You won't have to bring everyone you know on vacation to afford a nice trip to the beach. The house is very comfortable, open and bright. The open floor plan is great for meals and enjoying your family and friends. The house is 800 feet from the beach....close enough to easily grab refills on drinks and food.
The house is also a short walk to the heart of Duck. It is located on a cul de sac off Poteskeet Drive. There is a pizza place, ice cream shop and a bakery at the end of the street. You can easily wake up and take a stroll down the street to pick up warm pastries and a hot cup of coffee.
There are 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 Queen bed, 27" television with extended cable (HBO 8 channels)
Bedroom #2 Queen bed, CD/radio.
Bedroom #3 Two twin beds.
Bedroom #4 Two twin beds.
Sheets and towels are not provided. We can provide information for rental of these items.

I have stayed at Patty's Place twice and absolutely love it!! The property is in a perfect location and a very short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path yet so close to everything in Duck that you can ride your bikes around easily. While you are there, you need to go to Corolla and take the wild horse tour- AMAZING! I have taken my two yellow labs both times I have stayed at Patty's place and they have a blast at the beach!! If you love dogs, you cant beat the off-leash beach in Duck. Duck is truly a dog-friendly town. I would recommend this home to anyone and want people to know that Patty does a great job of helping make your stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Thanks again Patty!!!!

We really loved the house. The location is great. We were such a short walk to the beach. It was great with having young children. We walked to restaurants and shops with iur children too. It was great and we do plan to return.
