Beautiful 1 bedroom condo at the beachfront Kiahuna Plantation Resort. This garden view condo is a ground floor unit with great access for young and old alike. The lanai backs onto a wonderful grassy area and is just steps away from the barbecue area. New items in the unit include Travertine tile floors in entry, hallway, bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has new tub, fixtures and also Travertine tile surround. New sofa bed with 7" thick mattress and matching chairs in the living room, and new king size bed for that deep relaxing sleep. New corian counters in bath, kitchen and bar. In the dining area is a spacious new table with chairs. New flat screen TV, and cd stereo as well in the living room.
Once you are settled into this beautiful unit, in building #41, you are just a short walk to either the beach and great snorkeling or walk across the road to the tennis courts and pool area for a refreshing swim.
There are plenty of restaurants in the area, but we always like to grill some fresh fish or shrimps on the BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped to test your gourmet cooking skills.
There is also a shared laundry facility located close to the unit.
Whether you are returning to Kauai or are a first time visitor, there are plenty of activities to enjoy on the island, and the on site concierge is available to help you plan your visit.

Thank you very much for the use of your condo. It had everything we needed for our nine day stay. Kauai is extremely beautiful and we were able to see many of the sights. We could not get enough of the beach and the pool. The weather was fantastic! We have been to Maui, Oahu and the Big Island and we have to say Kauai is our favourite. We will be back!

Once again we had an amazing time here! Loved the pool (and the food there), the tennis, poipu beach, Beach House restaurant, Roy's & Keoki's. The weather has been amazing - warmer than 2 years ago. Except for those crowing roosters, the week was paradise! Mahalo.

We loved every minute! Your place here is lovely and we plan on returning. Our first visit to Kauai, in our book beats Maui & Oahu cold! Going home tan, rested and sorry to leave.

We fell in love with Kauai and found it so nice to come "home" at the end of the day to your comfy and stylish pad! Our kids enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and we found everything inside beautiful and it felt like home. Now if we can stop our kids from crying because we're going home to icy Saskatoon we'd be set...!

Really loved the condo and the privacy it offered in this spot. The cleaning service was just freat for the last two weeks. We took in at least 30 sites while here including a cruise of the Napali Coast. We loved the Island, it's people and the food. It was a long way to come but worth every minute.

I really appreciate your tall shower head for my husband. He is always uncomfortable showering because he has to hunch down to shower. So, his 6'4" stature thanks you! Thanks for making our honeymoon complete!

Mahalo for sharing your beautiful place with us. We were here with our kids who stayed next door and it worked our wonderfully. It is our first trip to Kauai and we can't wait to come back. Our highlights were kayaking the Wialua River and hiking into the falls, Waimea Canyon and a wonderful Thanksgiving meal prepared in your lovely kitchen. There's no other way to cook a turkey than while sun-bathing on the beach!! Many thanks for the wonderful memories we will treasure for years to come.
