Living Room - Oaxaca, Mexico Travel Located at one entrance to the Sierra de Juarez Forest Reserve, this is an active tree farm and organic produce farm. One of many villages in the Etla valley, we have access to colorful local markets, tropical landscaped water parks, craft villages of Zapotec, Mixe and Mixtec artisans and excellent hiking. The rainy season is May through October and is the most beautiful time of year. Cornfields are still farmed with oxen in this season and the traditional Day of the Dead is observed. December and January have day time temperatures in the mid-70's and nights are cool year round. Please contact us if you have any questions.
