Our luxury 6 bedroom 3 bath WATERFRONT Villa is located in the highly sought after community of ORANGE TREE subdivison and built on an oversized lot overlooking the only lake within the subdivision. Our home doesn't overlook ANY ELSE'S POOL!!!! And we're not talking about stark white fences hiding other pools, it is pure privacy un-obstructed views of conservancy and water!!!
ORANGE TREE is a very quiet neighborhood. It is easy to find just off Highway 27 North, about two and a half miles north of Highway 192 West. All the major supermarket chains are within five minutes, as are numerous shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and gas stations.

**HUGE patio/lanai area. Our home has an oversized patio but an additional 32x12 sunning deck with direct southern exposure. You won't find that anywhere else**

**The oversized pool has steps into it and under-water lights illuminate the pool for evening swimming. There is also a spa tub for your enjoyment. A child safety-fence surrounds the pool for your peace of mind. Pool toys for the kids are also available**

Why the Owner Chose Orange Tree
We decided to purchase our home after countless cramped vacations in hotel rooms. We wanted a private pool and space for us and our many visitors. After many searches and several trips to Florida we fell in love with our home and the location of it, backing up to a lake.
The Unique Benefits of this Private Home
We are very lucky to have our home on a very large lot backing to a lake filled with Florida's wildlife. Enjoy watching, Tinker Bell, our resident alligator or searching for the ever elusive giant otter!! The Floridan sand cranes will be a welcome guest to your stay at our home as well. Orange Tree has hundreds of orange trees that you are welcome to. Come back to our home and use our juicer to make fresh orange juice!! A must during your stay.
