This was my first time using Homeaway and I was so apprehensive. The first property I secured was overbooked and I had to find a new place in a pinch. Andrew was delightful and very attentive. The condo was beautiful and the pictures can't tell the whole story. The views were fabulous and everything was right at our fingertips. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were fully stocked with premium towels, sheets, extra blankets, blow dryers and the list goes on and on. I would definitely rent from Andrew again he was a lifesaver. I would highly recommend this location as it is close to everything, Mag. Mile, Navy Pier and transportation lines. It was great having a free parking spot. This was a wonderful experience!

Stayed here on our first visit to Chicago with my boyfriend and 2 friends, and I must say it was perfect! The condo was spotless upon check-in and everything was just like the pictures! We walked to the nearby grocery store to stock up on snacks and wine to enjoy and got our daily coffee downstairs at the Caribou Coffee place. The balcony was so nice in the evening for relaxing and enjoying the skyline. The doormen were more than helpful in giving us dining suggestions as well as directions to the train station and other landmarks. The location was not too far for us to walk down to the lake or to downtown areas. Andrew was also very helpful with all the pertinent information we requested. I highly recommend this place! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up! Fine holiday fun!

My husband and I stayed her for a week in mid-sept. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. The views were exactly as pictured. We traveled on public transportation all over this city. Once we had to take a cab from the downtown area and it was less then $5.00. The condo was well equipped. We did some simple cooking and we had everything that we needed. Almost daily we would take our car out and go to the Whole Foods Market to pick up provisions. The traffic was not difficult if it was not rush hour. I would book this place again. It was clean and loved having the washer-dryer.

My husband and I spent three nights at the condo with my parents who were visiting from overseas and we all loved it. It is exactly as described in the listing and in the photographs. The views are great and the condo is comfortable and well organized. It had everything we needed. Close to all of the sights of Chicago. It was wonderful to have a parking spot for our vehicle and not worry about it. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

I give my highest recommendation for this vacation rental. Andrew was great to work with as I planned our first trip to Chicago. I had plenty of questions regarding grocery shopping, dining and events. The apartment is very comfortable and the views are outstanding. You can easily walk to all the major sights in the city. We've told many people about this place encouraging them to check it out. We hope to be back to the apartment during the fall season at a future date. Thanks Andrew -- we really enjoyed it.

Andrew, the owner replies quickly and is great to work with. This condo is magnificent. It is everything that the pics show. The rooms are very comfy, large bathrooms, computer, full kitchen. The tall eating table is not only good for eating it is great for the board games that are available to play. This condo is an end unit on the 17th floor, the view is unbelievable. Windows all around. The condo is right on the Chicago River. There is a nice park next to the conda for the kids. I can't say enough about the fabulous doormen who treated us like royalty! They were always ready to assist.Three school secretary girlfirends and I chose Chicago because of all the wonderful attractions(Navy Pier on Lake Michigan,Chicago History Museum,Willis Tower, shopping on Michigan Ave.,Boat tours, deep pan pizza (Gino's East), You must take a trip on the El and Subway. For a few dollars more you can make reservations for lunch at The John Hancock Restaurant on the 95th floor and still get a beautiful view of the city. You can get to these fun attractions by cab. There are many on every corner. Also choosing this condo is so much cheaper and bigger than choosing a hotel. I look forward to visiting the beautiful city of Chicago again. The people who live and work there are very nice and helpful showing Great Hospitality!!! A fun place for families, girlfriend retreat or a romantic getaway.

We had such a great stay. The location is great because your close to everything the city has to offer but not in the thick of crowds. We stayed with two active toddlers and it was so helpful to have parking and easy access to come and go, a pool, and a fabulous playground just steps from your front door. The apartment is tastefully decorated (and for baby proofing purposes, not cluttered - such a relief!) Lovely walks along the river each evening.. such a luxury. Thanks Andrew!

My family stayed here for a fabulous two week vacation last summer and fell in love with the simply incredible views of the city from the home. It was even better than the photos. We felt like we were in a movie. Wonderful home with great amenities and true comforts. Incredible value. We were able to park on-site and then walk to all the city's best tourist activities. Kids loved the park next door and feeding the ducks and playing frisbee. The restaurants within 2-3 blocks were amazing. We will be back as soon as possible!

We had such an amazing time in Chicago while staying at this condo. It was walking distance to EVERYTHING and we had a 20-month-old with us :) The neighborhood was beautiful and safe and the property itself was clean, new and cozy. It was such a blast staying here rather than a hotel! My daughter's uncles and aunts got to spend quality time with her at all hours of the day since we were all in one residence. Andrew made everything as easy as could be! Can't wait to go back!!

We stayed here for 5 nights in February 2009 and had a wonderful time. Four of us (two couples) were thrilled with the amount of space, and the amenities and view here. The location, too, was teriffic: a comfortable ten minute (or less) walk to Michigan Avenue. A great place to relax after a long day out and about. The doormen are also friendly and helpful, organising cabs whenever needed or providing help, if needed. The beds were comfortable and internet included for free. Full access to laundry and kitchen, and all appliances are like-new and easy to use. Don't hesitate to book this condo if you're looking for luxury value in a great location! We can't wait to go back...

My husband and I rented the condo for four nights. Like others have said, it is very spacious and has everything needed for a wonderful and relaxing and confortable stay. Andrew made the whole rental process very easy. The views are just stunning and the location is so convenient. We definately recommend the condo & Andrew's great service. We hope to return to Chicago in the next year and hope the condo will be available to rent again.

My husband and I had the perfect stay for our 10th year anniversary! The views of Chicago skyline are just magical, especially at night. In person much better than the VRBO pictures. We were thrilled...a romantic bliss. Walked to Michigan Avenue for shopping, Sears Tower, Navy Pier, Gene and Georgetti's famous steakhouse, and Gino's Deep Dish Pizza with Pepperoni Yum! THANK YOU!!

Came into town to celebrate my 40th with my best bud and my brother. All 3 of us were thrilled to find this property! What a great option to have your own place you can call home for a fun weekend in Chicago! Walking distance to many locations was so helpful as we were looking to "work off" some of the THOUSANDS of calories we ate and drank over our 4 days. Andrew, the owner was a dream to deal with and the apt was so spacious and roomy. We walked to Trader Joe"s our first day and bought food for breakfast, snacks, and wine for happy hour. We could lounge out in our jammies in the morning and read the paper. For the same price (if not cheaper) than many hotels....this place can't be beat! And to have 1400 sq ft rather than 360 sq ft in a standard hotel room...??? There is no comparison!! 3 happy tourists from Philadelphia and NYC would definately come back next time we are in town.

Our family of six is in love with the city of Chicago after our 5-day stay in this fantastic rental. The location cannot be beat with wonderful proximity to many Chicago highlights. We so enjoyed being able to walk downtown and retreat back to this cool little pocket of River North. Highly recommend three restaurants within a short walk of the building: Zocalo's for great Mexican food, Erie Cafe, and Reza's which our son describes as "the place with the finest food ever." The layout of the condo was perfect for us, the views are stunning, and a wonderfully clean, well maintained, and well equipped place. Can't think of a thing we didn't like about the condo and we hope to return to Chicago as soon as we can! Renée in Canada
