Presented by Desert Luxury Vacations. “Cascade is a 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home with sparkling heated pool and waterfall spa that sleeps 17 in a quiet gated community.
This luxury home is 3,650 sqft and located in the La Quinta area of Palm Springs. It has 5 total bedrooms...3 are suites with King beds and private attached bathrooms. The casita suite has an XL Twin as well. The 4th bedroom has 2 XL Twins and the 5th has a Queen bed and an XL Twin. All 5 bedrooms have TV’s and ceiling fans. Also available: a deluxe Queen raised-height Aero-bed is at the home with another available upon request and a rollaway Twin bed.
The Cascade home features a wide screen High-definition TV, DVD, VHS, and gas fireplace in the Family Room. Watch classic & current hit movies from the in-home movie library. There is sit down seating inside the home for 16 people total: 8 in the formal dining room; 5 in the breakfast nook; 3 at the kitchen bar counter. Outdoors, there is seating for 6.
Everyone in your group will spend some quality time in the gorgeous Cascade Music Room which includes a full-size baby grand piano, sofa and loveseat. Not musically inclined? Sure you are. Sing along with your friends on the Karaoke machine. Don’t forget to hit the ‘Record’ button in case you lay down a track that could be your big break!
The Master Suite has a private bath area with dual sinks and vanity, an oversize custom tiled door-less shower & a soaking tub with tile surround and steps. There is an extra-large walk-in closet.
The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters, a cooking grotto with 5-burner gas cooktop and pot-filler, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, double-oven, microwave, and butlers pantry. The morning room/nook adjoins the kitchen and has a table that seats 6. There is bar stool seating at the counter for three more people.
Relax on the large back patio area around the private and heated pool, with a tanning shelf/wading area for the smaller children, a raised spa with stackstone waterfall spillway, super soft water system and Jandy in-home controller that allows you to control all pool and spa functions from inside the house, and gives you a digital read-out of the pool temperature, the spa temperature and the outside air temperature. The patio area also features a professional grade high pressure misting system that will cool you down at the flick of a switch! Auxiliary jack for outdoor and indoor speakers. Relax with a good book under the blue sky on a lounge chair by the pool…until you take the steaks off the outdoor BBQ grill.
The attached Casita (Suite #2) is entered from the front courtyard and features a large separate bedroom with a King bed and XL Twin, a ceiling fan with adjustable speeds & dimmer lighting. There is an HDTV with DVD & VCR. The large front windows look out to the enclosed courtyard and the Santa Rosa Mountains.
This truly one of a kind home is beautifully upgraded and finished with custom paint, granite & tile work. We just came back from a week stay at your lovely home. What a great place. We had three families all with little ones. The house was the perfect size, the pool was incredible, and the backyard, complete with sandbox, was better than we could have imagined. We loved all of the extra touches such as the ice cream maker and device that turned hot dogs into an octopus. The kids loved it. We can't wait to return and would recommend this place to everyone!

What a pleasure to stay in such a fantastic house! We had a wonderful week. It was so fun to keep discovering "hidden treasures" like the sandbox, the game/music room, the pool, the SPACE! Where can 11 people stay together but still have their own private retreats? We had a great time discovering gadgets in the kitchen: the octopus hot dog maker, the ice cream maker and griddle.
