Park your car and put up the keys! Our condo is in the heart of everything you’ll want to do on vacation in the heart of Coligny (Hilton Head's Downtown area). Steps to the beach, the grocery store, fine dining, shops galore, bike trails, golf, tennis, swimming, and much much more....
Very spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed. Room enough for blow-up mattress in the floor for kids if your a multi-family visitor. Also room for baby’s crib. TV & DVD in master bed. Also has its own door out to the balcony.
The Living room is spacious and has enough room for everyone to gather. Large sofa that opens to Queen size bed for those multi-family visitors. Widescreen HD television with DVD, XBOX, and entertainment center. Bring your own video games or play ours! Balcony just outside with open access to Kitchen.
With direct access to the courtyard, its like having your own front-yard! Throw the ball, play corn hole, bocce ball, and more! Great for cookouts!

When we got to this condo we realized that we had stayed here before. It was a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and very close to the beach. The owners were very easy to talk to when we had problems, like locking the door, and getting on the computer. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay, will go back there sometime, AND will recommend this condo to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a fabulous time on our family girls trip to Hilton Head. The condo was very clean and was recently upgraded with a new couch. It had everything you needed in the kitchen, extra towels, sheets, and blankets. We were very impressed with our trip to the condo. We will be booking this same unit again. It is within walking distance to everything from Coligny Plaza, Tiki Hut, restaurants, bars, grocery store and shopping. Thanks for such a lovely place! I would recommend this unit to all travelers looking to stay in an upgraded condo that is within walking to distance to the beach and shopping.

The villa was just as the pictures indicated. The location was great.We could walk to several restaurants, shops and the ocean. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this great condo in February 2010. It was wonderful! The condo is great and the location couldn't be better. We can not wait to return next winter.

My family stayed in this condo the week of May 12th-17th. The condo was better than described and met all of our expectations. The beach is just a short walk away with several rest within walking distance. A couple rest we went to are the Big Bambo Cafe, San-Marcos, and Aqua. If you want a great sub go to Stu's right there in Coligny Plaza. I wouldn't hestiate to recommend this condo to family and friends. We visit Hilton Head each year and this was one of the nicer places we've stayed.

We just came back from the condo at Hilton Head Island and we are completely refreshed. Had some good weather, and some rainy weather which gave us a well rounded vacation! I hope everyone enjoys their vacations this year!!!
