This is a beautiful recently built custom cottage on a private part of a large quiet secluded estate on top of a knoll . It's centrally located in the splendor of Marin County. It's within a half hour of San Francisco, Point Reyes National Seashore and California's famous wine country.
The cottage was professionally designed using period antiques including works of art and furniture as well as lighting fixtures. It blends seamlessly with a modern fully equipped kitchen that has travertine counters and stainless appliances. There are flat panel TV's and cable connections for high speed internet.
You can enjoy the spacious balcony with a BBQ and seating to enjoy the serene hillside surroundings. Watch the deer roam by, read a good book, relax and enjoy this little bit of paradise.There is a Pool and Cabana with big screen suround sound theater when permission is given by owner.( Closed down fall & Winter months ) . This really is a totally unique and spectacular environment in one of the best locations in the bay area.
