This charming cottage is located on the water at 4 Millstone Lane, a private road with direct access to Bullhead Bay. Take the kayaks from the yard and paddle to Peconic Bay and its beaches. The house borders a Town Nature Preserve with extensive hiking trails throughout the area.
Five minutes to the Village of Southampton and its beaches, restaurants, galleries and nightlife. Only a mile to National Golf Links, Shinnecock, Sebonak and Southampton Golf Clubs, four of the areas top courses. There is a public driving range and mini-golf two miles from the house.
The property is nicely landscaped with a large flat front yard for outdoor activities or sit by the water and watch the swans and ospreys swim by. The wrap around porch is perfect for barbecuing and is partially covered to save outdoor activities from inclement weather. The large upper deck with hot tub provides unparalleled views of the summer sunsets over the bay.
The main house sleeps six. The large master has a full walk in closet and bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and laundry facilities. The open air music loft with baby grand piano overlooks the living room and accesses the upper deck. The house design maximizes the water views from every room.
Guest bedroom and bath on main level and well equipped kitchen opens to living area. Quiet den with additional television has sofa bed. Separate dining room opens onto wrap around porch and natural light floods the house.
