Five minutes to the Village of Southampton and its beaches, restaurants, galleries and nightlife. Only a mile to National Golf Links, Shinnecock, Sebonak and Southampton Golf Clubs, four of the areas top courses. There is a public driving range and mini-golf two miles from the house.
The property is nicely landscaped with a large flat front yard for outdoor activities or sit by the water and watch the swans and ospreys swim by. The wrap around porch is perfect for barbecuing and is partially covered to save outdoor activities from inclement weather.
