The layout of our home insures comfort for everyone! Each bedroom has its own private bath. Our townhome is 3 levels, with the highest level sleeping 3 in beds. The open, over sized family room, on the main level, has a gas fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors, and excellent views. There are 2 decks off of this room with outdoor seating and a gas grill. The dining area is also open to this room and seats 8. The large kitchen is perfect for families and for entertaining. Downstairs you will find 2 more bedroom suites, both with queen beds and private baths. The outdoor hot tub sits on the lower level deck and offers amazing privacy and unbeatable views.
If you have never been to Big Sky, you should know that Saddle Ridge Townhomes are unique because they offer their guests the ability to ski either Big Sky or Moonlight Basin from their front doors. Iron Horse and Pony Express lifts are the ONLY 2 shared lifts that adjoin the two ski resorts. You can choose each day which resort or BOTH that you would like to ski.
This Saddle Ridge end unit is only steps away from the Moonlight Lodge. Inside the Moonlight Lodge you will find The Timbers fine dining restaurant, an apres ski bar, a deli and wine shop, a spa and workout facility, and a ski/clothing shop. Behind the Lodge there is an ice skating pond and excellent spots for apres ski sledding.
Often I have heard people say that they came to Big Sky for the skiing and fell head over heels in LOVE with it for the summer!!! The days are long, with temps in the mid 70's most days, and the nights are cool. It is not unusual to see deer, elk, moose, and foxes from the deck of our Saddle Ridge. The fishing on the Gallatin River from the movie, "A River Runs Through It", offers some of the best blue ribbon fishing in North America. From rafting, to horseback riding, to fishing, and wildlife viewing, Big Sky is an excellent place for a summer vacation. AND Big Sky is ONLY 45 minutes away from the west entrance to Yellowstone Park.
