OCEANFRONT CONDO – Tropical paradise is yours in this totally remodeled exceptionally large (1300 sq ft) one bedroom two bath air conditioned condo. The secluded and prestigious 18 acre 4 star Kanaloa at Kona resort is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, Keauhou Bay, and two 18 hole world class championship golf courses.
The Kanaloa at Kona complex offers you the security of a gated community with three swimming pools, Jacuzzi Spas, lighted tennis courts, several barbecue areas, and a top class ocean front restaurant and tiki bar.
The newly remodeled kitchen contains Koa cabinets, new granite counter tops and bar stools making dinning in easy and relaxing. The new black appliances add a magnificent contrast to the granite counter tops. Kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, and oven. And all of the amenities are available for you to prepare a meal for four while enjoying the magnificent ocean and sunset views. Or enjoy outdoor dining at the oceanfront lanai which has a wet bar and a new teak table with four teak chairs and a teak lounge chair.
The oceanfront living room with all new furniture is designed to let you feel that you're on the ocean with its double wide lanai doors, making the lanai and living room flow together like one big oceanfront room! The living room also contains a new Murphy bed which pulls down from the wall at night to serve as a second ocean front bedroom. The pocket door to the hall way can be closed and locked to provide privacy from the Master suite. His and her closets on each side of the Murphy bed provide ample space to hang and store your clothing and personal belongings.
When it is time to retire for the day you will find the master suite to be the place to pamper yourself. Relax in the new walk-in shower with bench and then retire to that king size bed or perhaps the large lanai off of the master suite. The master suite lanai contains a new teak table and chairs for the two of you to enjoy that special bottle of wine in a romantic Hawaiian setting. Don’t forget, if it is warm just turn on the air conditioning for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The entire condo is light and bright with beautiful artwork and all new bath and floor tile throughout. Finally, if you need to conduct business or just communicate with others while on vacation you will find the new built in Koa desk off the kitchen convenient and functional. Just hook up your computer and take advantage of that free WiFi wireless Internet connection for email while looking out the window at the ocean and gardens.

Why the Owner Chose Kanaloa at Kona
Our family has been visiting the Big Island for many years and when we decided to purchase a condo in the Kona area we knew that Kanaloa at Kona was a very unique find. Kanaloa is very private, with lots of amenities and great ocean views and sounds! Kanaloa is a tropical paradise which we immediately fell in love with and we think you will too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When we purchased our condo we decided that we wanted to provide people with a real luxury vacation so we invested over 100K in a total remodel including all new granite counter tops, tile floors, furniture, fans, AC, and much more. We removed walls to make the unit more open and greatly improved our view from the kitchen to the ocean. We really enjoy watching the surfers and boats from our lanai.

From beginning to end this is one of the nicest experience in renting a condo I have had. Every question was answered quickly, correctly and followed up by Lowell. The unit was lovely, well furnished, in beautiful, clean, comfortable condition and a delight to call home for a week. From the lanai we enjoyed the sound + view of the surf breaking on the rocks, and the paddlers practicing morning and evening. A perfect relaxing location (pool, BBQ, tennis court just a few steps away), open floor plan, ventilation options (silent ceiling fans or a/c) for temperature that suits you. We love the natural open Hawaiian breeze kissing our skin so we did appreciate this option. Just wish we could have stayed at least twice as long to fully enjoy everything…as dancers we were involved in a five day intense dance workshop so our play time was very limited. The location is great as you have super market, restaurants, drugstore, theater, post office, gas station a short distance away. Great place to snorkel and beach also within a few miles. Highly recommend you enjoy the hospitality you will receive from a visit at Kanaloa at Kona. Thanks to Lowell it’s all good!” Best Condo and No Rain!

We stayed at Kanaloa 3504 in beautiful Kailua-Kona. This is a beautifully renovated, very large one bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking a lovely bay. We only ended up using the air conditioning the evening of our arrival because after that it was just lovely to have the ocean breeze cooling the unit. Everything about this condo spells comfort – comfortable beds, furniture, bathing facilities, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor furniture on the lanai – everything. We even had access to beach chairs and boogie boards to use while visiting the many, varied beaches on the Big Island. The location is so convenient to both the town of Kailua and is right on Keauhou Bay where you can rent paddleboats and Kayaks. It’s also only a 10 minute walk up the hill to Keahou shopping centre which has some great restaurants and a grocery store as well as a local, organic farmers’ market on Saturdays. It’s also a 5 minute drive to Kahaluu beach which has (in my opinion) some of the best snorkeling in the world, and where the sea turtles come right up onto the rocks to bask in the sun. Wonderful vacation! Woundrful fun, Woundrful Kanaloa 3504!

Aloha Lowell & Family, Thank you for the use of your condo at Kanaloa. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much, we did a lot of relaxing on this holiday. It was nice to be laid back and your condo is very comfortable to spend time in. The whole resort is beautiful, in our opinion you have one of the best views/locations in the resort! Thanks for the use of your lovely Condo. We had a great time and your unit is one of the best we have stayed in at Kanaloa. We hope to rent from you again in the future. We had a total of 22 days with only one day of rain. Could have not asked for better weather. I’m sure the people there now are having a great vacation. The view from the deck is assume. Enjoyed watching all the surfers each day. Was not brave enough to do my self. Wish I was young enough to try.12 rounds of golf, two trips on the Fairwinds and a good day of fishing on the Blue Hawaii. Need a rest!! Thanks again for the opportunity to share your condo

“ My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the condo. The owners were very nice and accomadating. It was very nicely remodeled and clean. The view from living room was great! We ate breakfast at the little cafe by the ocean and the food was good. There is no beach by the resort but that was ok with us. The pools were nice and maintained. We would definetly stay there again. ” Note from owner - You can walk to the near by Kahaluu Beach Park were you can swim and snorkel. Kahaluu Beach Park has the best and safest snorkeling in the Kona area!

“ We stayed 6 days in Kanaloa at Kona. Very nice and huge suite. There were three of us and we just kept the murphy bed down the whole time and there was still lots of living room. The resort is well taken care of, the pools were great and we found the other guests very friendly. ”

“ What a great place. View of the ocean, big balconies, lots of space, washer dryer, great grounds with tennis, pools, etc. We never used the pools, but they looked great. Very quiet around the area. Saw a turtle in the bay outside the complex. Wonderful having the internet, it was a must. The condo is in tip top shape. ”
