Located on the west end of the Panama City Beach, Tidewater Beach Resort is the most exclusive resort on the Emerald Coast. Tidewater is located just a short walk from Pier Park, the new tropical-style shopping, dining, and entertainment complex. Restaurants now open include Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood, Longhorns Steakhouse, and Panera Bread. Other stores include Dillards, Old Navy, J. C. Penny, Target, and a variety of other specialty shops. During the summer months, live (free) concerts will be held at the amphitheatre at Pier Park.
Tidewater Beach Resort is directly gulf front, with 636 feet of gulf frontage. You will enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from this brand new, professionally decorated, 4th floor condominium.
Because the comfort of our guests is important to us, we have furnished our spacious unit with upscale furniture and superior quality mattresses and bed linens. The living room features a 47 inch HD, LCD flat screen TV/DVD. There are two bedrooms, a bunk area (that can be closed off for privacy) and three full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, with twins in the bunk area and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has flat screen HD/LCD TVs and DVD's. The living room and both bedrooms have room darkening draperies that accomodate those wishing to sleep late, or take afternoon naps. The open kitchen area looks out over the beautiful blue gulf water and is fully stocked with quality cookware, dishes, and appliances.
Our prices include beach service (umbrella and two padded lounge chairs directly on the beach). A great bonus to our guests not offered by many owners.
Tidewater Beach Resort has great amenities including two huge lagoon pools (4200 sq ft each)with spas, a heated indoor pool, pool side tiki bars, a 4300 sq ft fitness center with a health bar, a 5000 sq ft conference center, a movie theater, covered & climate controlled walkways from the parking deck--plus seven high speed elevators.

My 2 kids, my husband, my parents, and I just got back from a relaxing, fun-filled vacation in this condo. We were all able to stay in one condo very comfortably with plenty of privacy. The owner was wonderful to work with...the condo was extremely nice. The amenities were unbelievable...the 2 pools, the game room, fitness center, and beach (of course) were all divine. Can't wait to go back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just returned from an 8 night stay in this unit and it was wonderful. It is beautifully decorated, children will love the bunk area. The owner was very helpful and quick to get back in touch with me. This is a great location for shopping and restaurants.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
