What a beautiful condo, and in such a great location! We just spent a week there, and loved every minute. The condo is clean, and decorated nicely. The hotel staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The ABC store and Denny's downstairs were a bonus, too. Enjoyed watching the fireworks from the lanai. And last but not least, Karl is a pleasure to work with. Thanks Karl, we'll be back!

Beautiful views, well furnished, clean, clean clean. Big bedroom, nice size living room - even had chairs to take down to the beach everything we wanted and more - book it you'll enjoy it....we would definitely book it again.

My husband and I stayed here for four days and then headed to the North Shore. This condo was "home", everyone is so friendly, and very clean. The bed was so comfortable,we loved watching the sunset every night from the Lanai, the perfect location to restaurants and shopping. This was our second trip to Oahu and next trip we will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Aloha

This is the second time I've stayed at Karl and Penny's gorgeous condo, and I'm sure it won't be the last! The view is absolutely amazing, and if you're lucky enough to be there on a Friday night, you have the best view of the Hilton's fireworks right there on your lanai! Everything you need is right there in the condo, and from the research I've done, I truly believe this condo is one of the nicest in the building. Lots of shops and restaurants within footsteps of your front door. Be sure to grab a mai tai in time for sunset at the Royal Hawaiian's beachfront Mai Tai Bar!

We were lucky enough to stay in the condo for 10 days and couldn't have been happier. The unit has the most spectacular views, and is stocked with everything we needed. We would love to return to waikiki and would definitely stay here again!!!

Clean, bright, updated condo with a stunning view!!!

First of all Karl(the owner) was great to deal with, very professional. His condo appears to have been very recently updated and was very clean. The condo is on the 21st floor and you will have some stunning views of the ocean and city. We would definitely rent this unit again. We have been going to Hawaii for many years, while some of the hotels are nice, we really liked the idea of having a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The location of the condo is awesome, Lewars street has everything from hip and trendy dining, surf shops, coffee shops to ABC convenience stores. The only negative is that the building itself is a little dated but then so are most hotels in Waikiki. Again Karl did a wonderful job updating his condo, Thanks, Kevin and family

Arch and I enjoyed our stay at the Imperial of Waikiki a great deal. The condo was very comfortable, had marvelous views, the staff very helpful, and the location was ideal. We spent a lot of time at the beach, plus driving around the island, visiting historical spots, hiking and snorkeling. It was a great way to celebrate our 40th anniversary! Thank you for providing such a lovely condo!

Karl and Penny, We were lucky enough to rent your condo for 10 days while celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Without a doubt it was the perfect choice. The condo itself is lovely - exceptionally clean, updated and beautifully furnished and with unforgettable views of Waikiki Beach. We could open the sliding glass doors and listen to live Hawiian music coming from the hotel lobbies. Friday evenings we had the perfect view of the fireworks from the Hilton Hotel not to mention some of the loveliest sunsets we've ever seen. The staff at the Imperial went out of their way to help make our stay the most comfortable and pleasant possible. Not only do they have a concierge on staff, but there is also the convenience of an ABC store and shops in the main lobby. The location was perfect since it was just steps away from everything imaginable - a rooftop swimming pool, Waikiki Beach, the Beach Walk, all the major hotels (which made lobby lounging fun and easy), shopping, restaurants and night life, the International Market Place and Diamond Head. Karl and Penny, You sure have made your condo feel like home- it is very cozy. It is plenty spacious, and it feels a lot larger than it is because of the expansive ocean views. It is so great to have 'sit down ocean views'. The photos just can not do it enough justice. The clean and uncluttered feel of your home made it so worthwhile. All the upgrades really made the whole stay there very, very nice. ALL the other comments posted to date are right on the money. Thanks again for making our stay wonderful!

This is a wonderful condo! The views are striking in all directions, the furniture is modern, comfortable, and different than the usual white rattan seen everywhere. The kitchen is nicely equipped, the queen bed is very good, and there is ample storage space throughout. The Imperial staff couldn't be nicer. We walk to the beach and through Fort DeRussy Park daily. It is a very tidy condo and easy to keep clean. Daily linen service is a real bonus! Can't say enough about it! We come twice a year.

We loved staying in this condo! The view was fantastic: boats and surfers dotting the water and fireworks at night. The location was perfect; the beach was just minutes away as were the bus stops. We got coffee at the ABC downstairs and cream puffs just around the corner. There were lots of shops in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved having 2 bathrooms. The queen bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

We really didn't know what to expect renting a private condo online but were pleasantly surprised with this great condo. It was clean, came as advertised and had a much better view than we expected. The location could not be more perfect for a vacationer, right in the midst of the newest and best part of Waikiki and very close to the beach. The staff at the Imperial are just wonderful, Karl and Penny were great in answering all our questions and made our first online renting experience worry free. Henry's fruit stand on Beachwalk (just over one street) was a blessing with his fresh cut up fruit and pineapples packed for the flight home. We hated to leave and will definitely be back to stay at this condo.

Thank you Karl and Penny for sharing your beautiful home with us. The condo is clean, quiet and has a beautiful ocean view. Sitting on the balcony at the end of the day with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the water was awesome. Endless activities, shopping, sunsets, music and of course the beach are steps away from the front door.
