The balcony hosts a Ethan Allan Sectional ideal for enjoying the beauty of the lake and watching the skiers and boaters go by. The Island in the Kitchen offers seating for four with room for the Chef to create a feast as you watch the flat 32' panel TV to catch up on the news or sports for the day in the livingroom and a 28' TV in the Kitchen.
Take a short walk to the beach to indulge yourself in the white sand. No matter the season, spring and summer offer the beach (with lifeguard), marina with guest boat slips available, floating sun dock, Tennis, Pickle Ball and a Robert Trent Jones breath taking and challenging golf course this property is loved by all. Spent the most relaxing and peaceful week enjoying the spectacular views from the beautiful condo. Convenient to most winery trails and an easy drive to Niagara Falls. The condo had all the amenities needed to make this stay convenient. Great balcony for sitting out and watching the comings & goings on Lake Canandaigua. Highly recommended!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

What a getaway! The condo was charming, incredibly well-appointed, and had such a beautiful view of the lake. My wife and I came here last week as an escape from NYC, and we couldn't have been happier. The unit was stocked with anything you'd ever need as a traveler, from linens and towels, to all imaginable kitchen appliances, to a seemingly endless supply of travel-sized toiletries. Residing at Bristol Harbour also provided us with a plethora of activities to enjoy, from golf, to yoga, to water activities and spa services. Furthermore, after driving extensively through the region, we felt that Lake Canandaigua was definitely the most beautiful of the finger lakes. Barbara was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire experience (including letting us stay for two extra nights after New York was ravaged by hurricane Sandy). Many thanks to Barbara for helping to make last week such an incredible one. We will definitely be returning!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you Craig. Glad to hear you got home safely and that you will be back to the condo.

I have stayed in many timeshares and VRBO properties and this one is really special. It is well layed out with all the comforts of home. The owners have thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. The space was ideal for my husband and I and for one night we had our kids join us. It had plenty of room for us to enjoy a family meal at the diningroom table and lunch out on the FABULOUS balcony. The Balcony offers a great spot to read, watch the boats or take a nap. We can't wait for our next stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you for your response. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the property and that you will be back. We love this place and hope our guests do as well.

This condo is misrepresented on the VRBO site. It states that it's a two bedroom condo, but this is quite a stretch! The twins in the "bunk room" are in an alcove behind sliding doors off the main hallway. The queen bed fits tightly in a corner of the living room behind sliding doors. Neither "bedroom" has windows, closets, dressers etc. There is no area to change, store clothes or have any privacy. (We had to hang our clothes in the kitchen pantry.) The kitchen and balcony were accurately pictured, however, notice there are no pictures of said bedrooms. It is well decorated, but the living space is small as are the TV's. We were disappointed with the overall space and sleeping conditions.Owner response: We are terribly disappointed to hear about your dissatisfaction with the condo. Up until just recently we were limited to 5 photos on VRBO so the omission of the bedroom space was so that we could feature the best assets of the condo. Additional photos were always available upon request. Our Condo has been overwhelming received by all guests for the last 4 years it has been rented. We have many repeat guests with fabulous reviews. People love it as do we. I don’t believe your comments accurately describe the condo however they do accurately describe your reality of the condo. I always discuss the bunkroom with guests that indicate there will be more than two staying in the condo, which your reservation did not. Our condo offers an exceptional value for an exceptional vacation community. It focuses on your ability to enjoy the Lake which as you will see from additional comments on VRBO all the conveniences of home. Our past renters have marveled at the unit and it’s comfort and surroundings. Sorry your personal preferences were not met.

I've stayed in many timeshares and a few places thru VRBO. This condo is the most well stocked by far - it has everything you could possibly need. The unit is accurately depicted in the pictures. The furnishings and accessories are excellent quality, not what you expect to see in a rental. In addition to looking as though it has been furnished by a decorator, the furniture is very comfortable. The condo was spotlessly clean and everything was in perfect condition. The oversized balcony is wonderful. Since the balcony is deeper, a portion of it remains in the shade all day - unlike the normal sized balconies in other units here that can get too hot. There is plenty to do in the area. The nearby villages of Naples and Hammondsport are picturesque. A trip down West Lake Rd. to look at the million dollar "cottages" is fun. If one is not familiar with Wegmans grocery store, that is definitely worth a visit. There are several nearby wineries on Canandaigua Lake and on the other neighboring Finger Lakes. We had a very nice lunch overlooking the lake at Bristol Lodge. The golf course at Bristol Harbor is in good condition and very walkable. We enjoyed a couple rounds. We went to the pool once and had it all to ourselves. The owner, Barb, was very accommodating and quickly responded to my phone calls. I would definitely recommend a stay at this condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you Kathy, we treasure this place and feel if we keep it nice others will as well. Sounds like you really got to see and enjoy the area.

This condo was more beautiful than the photos. Very functional space with all the amenities of home. The condo was very clean and well layed out. The view from the balcony was amazing. Most of our evenings were spent gazing at the lake and the mountains while enjoying a glass of wine. Kids, ages 11 and 13, enjoyed the floating dock located just a short walk (7 minutes) away. Overall this was a wonderful experience and we would certainly like to return next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thank you, we love the pleasure this paradise brings to others. It is a special spot.

A breathtaking spot! Everything in the condo is tailored to provide all the things you need while away from home, but makes it feel like home. Beautiful views, able to sit on the balcony anytime of the day or evening, proximity to restaurants, shopping, hiking. The most comfortable vacation spot we have enjoyed in a long time!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This condo was even better than described. Must have been professionally decorated and had more than you would ever need. The weather was just right for sitting on the amazing balcony, which we did for breakfast and then over a glass of wine in the evening. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant, visiting vineyards, downtown shops and The Spa, but always happy to get back to the balcony to enjoy the beauty of the lake.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This condo was great. It is right on the water with a beautiful view of the lake. The furnishings are beautiful and every detail is well thought out. The owner was great in helping me with the area and making me feel welcome. I have stayed in other condos here and this one is far superior. Many of the others are outdated but not this one. It has been totally remodeled and feels like a five star hotel. My favorite area is the balcony with the sectional. It is like haveing an outdoor den!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you. The oversized balcony which is only available in a few of the units is like heaven. It's the perfect spot to have lunch, read the paper or just people watch. We spent a lot of time thinking thru what would make this a comfortable place for all to enjoy and it looks like we have met the goal.

If you love the photos, you'll love this condo........ These pictures do paint an accurate picture, but so much more was there for us to enjoy. The owner has thought of EVERYTHING !!!! It was my first time renting a condo through this website, actually renting a condo at all. We've always gone the hotel or RV way in our travels. But I must say the bar has been set very high now because I was so impressed with everything. The owner was so helpful and took the time to answer all my questions ( I did have quite a few ). Her response time was impressive and her kindness was very well received. If anyone is traveling to the Canandaigua area I would highly recommend staying here. I definitely will again !!!!!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 4/4
