Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront Condo located on second level in a 3 level building. The unit was recently remodeled and refurbished. It is cozy with fantastic ocean and beach views. This condo is less than 100 feet to the water's edge - Any closer you would be wet! The deck is located on the north side so the sun is not unbearable which makes it very comfortable all day. Sun lovers can bake on the beach! There is a manned lifeguard station on the beach. 1 queen bed; 2 twin beds; 2 baths; full kitchen; 2 tv's; 2 VCR/DVD players; deck with table and chairs; WI-FI Internet; new central air. There is a new pool that just opened in 2008.
RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED ONLY IN INCREMENTS OF 7 NIGHTS WITH CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT ON SUNDAYS. RENTAL PERIOD IS FROM JUNE THRU LABOR DAY ONLY.
