Lastly, there is highspeed wireless internet inside of the unit and entertainment with 40 channels of cable television, a DVD player with a large movie selection and a stereo with CDs for your listening pleasure.
The grounds of the complex have just undergone a large-scale multi million dollar renovation so everything - pool area (heated pool), jacuzzi (heated), fitness room, club house, business center and common areas are top of the line. Barbeque grills also surround the property for your use.

My name is Terry and I am delighted to host you in Phoenix.
I have lived in Arizona 20 years but in earlier years have lived in Chicago, Minnesota and other cold places...brrr. So, I know how terrific it is to escape those winters. But, summers are nice here too. We have misters in the restaurants and shopping areas (and by the condo pool) that keep things cool.
Arizona has so much to offer in any season and I hope I can help you find just what you are looking for. I have a background in design and international marketing and I speak German and Spanish. So, a lot of the pieces and art in the condo are from around the world. I am happy to assist you with anything during your stay as it is my pleasure to make your stay absolutely wonderful. This location in the Camelback Corridor is super for business travelers or vacationers. You are centrally located next to everything - with championship golf, world class shoppping and spas and outdoor recreation from hiking Camelback Moutain to walking the canal, sporting events, theatre, waterparks - all is found at your fingertips.
In addition, the condominium itself is set back in a tranquil and quiet setting with lush foliage and birds chirping so that you hardly know you are in the city. The condo location is one of the best in this complex of about 60 units. It is a first floor and that is important. There are no stairs anywhere. If you are in a wheelchair, you can roll right into the condominium and around the grounds on the sidewalks.
The unit is also close to the pool and the putting green, clubhouse and gym. And, again, this particular unit is very, very quiet. For the location both of the complex and the individual condominium, you cannot beat it no matter your reason for visiting our beautiful state.

First of all, this is a first floor unit with no stairs so anyone can access the unit whether is is children, elderly, those is wheelchairs or those of us with bad knees schlepping groceries up two flights of stairs - whew, that is not a vacation! That is important to me that anyone can easily use this unit whether they are renting it or having people visit during their rental period.
Secondly, I am your host and I take great pride in ensuring your stay exceeds your expectations. I have made sure that beauty surrounds you both in the condominium with the art and home decor and that you have everything that is comfortable and functional - from high quality mattresses, to wireless internet and a library full of movies and DVDs.
In a nut shell, I really care that you enjoy your time in Arizona and that caring shows through as I believe this is simply not a business transation. Rather, it is an experience that by me sharing this "home away from home" with you and my knowledge of Arizona that your time here can be not only enjoyable but very memorable for you and your family as well. I have rented the condominium for a year and many of the first year's renters have already booked for 2010.
