Our stunning home is located at the beautiful reunion resort with views of the Tom Watson championship golf course. Professionally furnished for your comfort to a 5 star standard, with 4 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms, dining room, family room, games/TV room, luxury kitchen, breakfast area, large lanai, swimming pool with spa, extensive balconies on front and back of home. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac with use of further pool (50/30ft) with lanai/gardens.
Our elegant home is located in the beautiful Reunion Resort Club and Golf, just a 5 minute drive from the heart of Disney, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping, and only 30 minutes from the Orlando Airport.
The Villa is decorated in soothing contemporary style, with high end customized soft furnishings. Our custom built home has it's own private pool and spa with a large sun deck with sun lounges and plenty of room for outdoor dining, there are stunning views over the 3rd hole of the Tom Watson signature Golf course.
The Villa is air conditioned together with ceiling fans, has free high speed internet access and a 5.0 integrated surround sound system throughout the home including the outdoor covered patio. All bedding and towels are provided. It is exquisitely furnished to a 5* rating, within a stones throw from the Club House and Seven Eagles Pavilion, 10 yards from the front door of the Villa there is another pool (50x30 ft) with gardens / sundeck and 2 further spas (both seat 8).
The ground floor:
Dining Room- this bright and airy room seats 10 people comfortably.
Kitchen- the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, complete with integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender etc. There are ample pans, utensils, crockery and glassware. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with high stool seating for four and a breakfast dining area for six.
Family Room - This spacious living area has a 42" LCD HD Cable TV with 5.0 surround sound, including CD/DVD. The sliding doors lead onto the lanai pool area.
Master Bedroom 1- this spacious master has access to the lanai and pool area. It has a king size bed, walk in closet and luxurious en-suite comprising double shower, jacuzzi bath and double vanity basins.
Also located on the ground floor is the fully equipped laundry room - washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The open staircase leads to an impressive gallery landing, with access to a further Master, with king size bed, elegant en-suite and large walk in closet, it's own balcony with panoramic views over the golf course. There is also a Queen bedroom and bathroom and a further twin bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with their own hairdryers and LCD TV, DVD/CD player's.
Also accessed from the Gallery landing is the games room/living area, it has sliding doors onto the balcony offering panoramic views of the golf course, with a full size pool table, custom made soft furnishings and wet bar, and a 42" LCD TV DVD/CD with 5.0 surround sound.
