  We stayed two months at this wonderful, solar heated, pool home. It is very spacious and has exceedingly comfortable beds. It is very well equipped, not only in the kitchen, but in the recreation facilities too, with new bicycles for adults and children and plenty of pool and beach toys. The garage has been converted into a games room, with pool and table soccer. The pool, which gets both morning and afternoon sun, and lanai area are amazing, which we enjoyed most days, except for the few rainy days. The grounds are large, so kids have plenty of room to run around. Once you get to know the area, it is easy to navigate. Boca Grande is only 15 minutes away, with wonderful beaches and restaurants. Publix, which has excellent seafood, meat, deli and in store bakery, and Winn-Dixie both about 10 minutes away for groceries. Totally relaxing, wonderful vacation. Many thanks to Joanne.

  We loved your villa, Everything we expected and more. Lots of space, great location. Close to beach, shopping and other attractions yet away from the hustle and bustle. Just what we were looking for, We also met your property manager. Good to know he is close by if needed, however we didn't need him during our stay. The home and outside pool area were both wonderful. We will definitely try to rent your villa our next trip to Rotonda. Hopefully it will be available.

  We rented this property in Nov 12, we were 2 families with young children. We had a great time and felt like we were at home. The kids loved the pool! There was plenty of room for 4 adults and our combined 5 children! Very private location, very quiet and relaxing! The maintenance people were very accomadating and Joanne was very responsive to all my emails/questions. This was our first experience renting online and it was a positive one! Only thing we could complain about would be the distance to the grocery store which was a 15min drive..other than that we had a great experience!

  Very nice house as described. Very clean and spacious. The disposition of the rooms is very nice and it is pleasant to have the living room in front of the swimming pool. The lanai is very big. Nothing is missing in the kitchen....everything is there to well cook. We enjoyed the evening barbecue dinner, and pool. The environment is very quiet... A french family who loved this house ::))

  My sister, our daughters and grandchildren were fortunate to have rented this vacation home the week of April 9 thru April 15 2011. Joanne was very helpful and prompt to answer any and all questions we had before booking the rental. The photos do not do this home justice. It is an absolutey beautiful, clean, luxury home. We were so excited when we arrived and found just how wonderful and clean the home was. the pool, hottub and porch/lanai were so nice. I spent my mornings on the patio with my laptop and coffee. The furniture throughout the home and on the patio was so updated and fresh. Everything about this vacation home was awesome!!! Clean, clean, clean and smelled so fresh. There were even fresh, beautiful red-orange Shasta daises setting on the table when we arrived another lovely jester. Thanks again Joanne for sharing your beautiful home.

  The listing of the property was accurate. Everything promised was available. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive to questions and provided excellent customer service. We have already recommended this lovely property to many of our friends, family and work colleagues. We intend to book again in the future. We visited local Publix and Walmart who have everything you could want available. We also visited local beaches and Saraota and Fort Myers which are great for shoppng and eating out. We ate in the Olive Garden and Tommy Bahamas and a local fish restaurant in Placida, all food was well priced and delicious.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  The villa is lovely and exactly as described. Very clean and spacious. We all had our own space. We didn't use the pool because the weather was a little cool but the hot tub was awesome. It is a very quiet area and perfect for walking or biking. We saw lots of different birds and we eventually saw an alligator. Beaches are close by and we visited them almost every day. The boys went deep sea fishing and we took a dolphin tour. Will definitely be back. Thanks so much

  I would recommend this villa to anyone looking to see more of Florida than the theme parks of Orlando. The villa is equipped and maintained to a high standard and the owners have thought of many little touches to ensure that nothing extra is needed during your stay ( bikes, bodyboards, reading material etc). The pool and jacuzzi area is lovely with a spotless barbecue for cooking. The surrounding area is full of wildlife- we saw a bobcat, turtles,and alligators. A lovely place to relax and see another side to Florida.

  We had a week up at the Orlando Parks before arriving at the rotunda villa so we were ready to kick back and relax fo a week,we were not disapointed. The villa is delightful ( we spotted our first wild aligator near the waters edge on the estate). The pool and hot tub was great, everthing was in good order and as described. We had a great time thank you for letting me and my family use it.

  Lovely villa, furnished to a high standard. We had a very comfortable stay. The little things made a huge difference to our stay, such as a cool box, parasol, beach chairs and bikes in the garage. Highly recommend nearby Gasprilla Island.

  Secluded and peaceful - just pefect for unwinding.......... The property was just as described and the owners very accommodating. With two separate families staying, having 2 master suites was great. We both felt we had the best room! The house was equipped with everything we needed and after the long sunny days, the pool was a real welcome home feature. The free of charge solar heating for the pool was a boon - temperature never dropped below 87 F and, if you left the cover on, at 96F swimming before bedtime was so relaxing....... Would certainly use the property again when next in the area.

  A fantastic villa, comfortable, clean, a lovely peaceful location. The perfect ending to a manic 2 weeks in Orlando, such a contrast, wonderful beaches, great for dolphin spotting. The people in this area seem genuinely nice and helpful. I would recommend this villa to all types of holiday maker.

  A beautiful well appointed modern villa in a great location with all amenities you could want for a great relaxing family holiday Peaceful surroundings with everything you need within easy reach - shops, beach and restaurants. Plenty of space inside for everyone to have their own space. Great location for golfers with good choice of courses just minutes away. Bikes provided for exploring close to home. Pool table and table football in garage to keep kids ang grown ups entertained. We would recommend this villa and its location.

  This is a fantastic modern villa with an extremely large pool and adjoining Jacuzzi. The property is very well equipped with everything you require for a great holiday including bicycles, pool table, beach chairs and brolley. For golfers, it is ideally placed for several courses on the Rotonda complex, the best of which is Long Marsh just a few minutes away.   What a fantastic villa. We were a party of 8 (4 adults & 4 children aged between 11 & 15) & found the villa to be extremely spacious. Everone had their own space if they needed it!! It has everything as promised on the website & more! It is extremely well maintained & clean. It made our vacation a great vacation! The kids loved the heated pool & the adults enjoyed the hot tub after a day at the malls! We used the barbeque most days & loved being able to eat outside day & night! Even the lanai was spacious & very well equipped. It was with regret we had to return home to Ireland. We will definately return to this villa & can highly recommend it to anyone.
