San Remo is located on scenic Highway 30A, which runs through various towns on the beach between Destin and Panama City. We prefer this area since there are no high-rises, crowds, or traffic jams. San Remo has 32 units, which is large enough to have a great pool, spa, and workout area, but small enough to maintain the peaceful feeling of this entire area.

The "30A" area has the best to offer in terms of the beach, scenery, and restaurants of all types. San Remo has great facilities without the crowds of most Destin area properties. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Our unit is "Platinum" rated, meaning it has the highest quality interior and furnishings, professionally decorated in a "coastal" theme. The kitchen and baths have been fully customized from the standard unit.
The quintessential beach community that you have probably seen in architectural digests and other publications many times. Activities are scheduled here each week throughout the year.

The Red Bar has become the favorite for locals and visitors alike. Located in the quaint beach community of Grayton Beach, it is a one of a kind restaurant with great food, live music, and fun people
Scenic Highway 30A has a separate 28 mile bike path that passes through protected wetlands, state parks, nature trails, and coastal dune lakes that are unique to this area.
This area is home to great nationally acclaimed restaurants such as Flemings, PF Changs, Tommy Bahama's, and more. There are also many exclusive shops and boutiques.
This busy village is a mix of homes, condos, and high-rise beach front buildings. It is located on Highway 98, and is what was traditionally considered the eastern end of Destin.
This golf club is private but both the course and restaurant are open to the public. The restaurant is on the beach side of Hwy 30A and offers fine dining and a great view of the gulf.

We had an incredible stay at San Remo in one of the nicest condos / locations on 30A! My wife and I try to break away during the holidays to take our boys (grade school age) somewhere away from the hustle of everyday life but but with enough to do to keep us all active. San Remo is a great complex located within walking distance to Gulf Place on 30A. It has a huge hot tub and a heated pool for the winter that was kept warm enough to even get me in the pool in December! The complex sits on 30A which has miles and miles of paths for walking, jogging, bike rides, etc. San Remo is great but this condo is even better. You have a full ocean view from almost anywhere in the unit with a huge, over-sized deck and plenty of furniture to spend the day relaxing, eating dinner or having drinks in the evening at sunset. My boys love the bunk room but there are also two other full sized bedrooms to choose from including a master with a stand alone shower and a jacuzzi tub. The decor is very tasteful and probably better than any unit we've stayed in at any beach location. They 'stocked' the kitchen with all of the necessities as well as plenty of extras. They also provide more towels and linens than we could have hoped for (along with a washer / dryer). You won't need to bring anything with you - they provide everything you need to 'move-in' for your stay. I highly recommend the condo and the family we rented from. They were extremely helpful from the time we made the reservation including a lengthy email with helpful tips for packing and things to do when we arrive. They also checked in during our stay and answered all questions promptly. I have already recommended this unit to friends and family as the perfect place to stay on 30A!

We had to leave your beautiful condo this morning. So sad. We had such a wonderful time. The weather was gorgeous. Saturday night we had a magnificent sunset. A real treat! We were there with two of our very best friends. It was such a special weekend. Enjoyed the grouper sandwich at the Smiling Fish Cafe and also walking around Seaside. Your condo is the nicest we have ever stayed in. The decor is beautiful. Love the colors! All kitchen equipment worked very well. I personally love the marble in the guest bathroom. I have never seen any quite like it. We will definitely recommend your condo to family and friends. We all especially love the Gulf. The water and the sand can't be beat! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous condo. Hope you all get to enjoy it soon! PS - Love the scrapbook :-) It was full of very useful info. Thank you for the added touch.

Thanks for letting us rent your place. It’s definitely at the top of our list now, and I’ll be looking to rebook with you at some point. We’ve stayed up and down 30A and your place was set apart by the up to date furnishings and how well the kitchen was stocked. I can’t tell you how many places we have stayed in that have had 4 glasses, 4 plates and a few other things in the kitchen which doesn’t work for a family of 4. I also want to tell you that the complex has one of the best guys working for it that we have met. He was out every morning and most of the day working and talking to people at the pool and just making sure that everyone had what they needed.

We have a large extended family, so we know that it's better to have 8-12 settings and plenty of glasses and utensils rather than washing dishes so frequently..... after all, it's vacation! We love the 30A area after having previously owned closer to Destin, and enjoy the quieter surroundings, great scenery, and lack of crowds. My husband and I usually go to Aruba for vacation. Actually a total of 10 times in the past 8 years. Now that I have found everything that Aruba has right here in the good old USA. We stayed at San Remo for a week during my birthday and Mothers Day with my family and had a wonderful time. It is more than I expected. Condo was wonderful. Ocean was wonderful, Pool was wonderful and the HOT TUB oh my how wonderful! Can't say one bad thing about this unit or our trip.you will not be disappointed! Maintenance man on site cleans pool and hot tub daily and you will not go wrong renting this condo. Thank you for such a special week and we will be back real soon. Make sure you get an Enzo pizza right down the road from Condo! YUM YUM! Steve and Cheryl R.

Wow, what an incredible property! The unit was immaculate when we arrived and nicely appointed with gorgeous beach decor. The grounds and pool were always clean. Everything was so accessible and we love the 30A community. We actually drove to Sandestin and Destin to shop one day, and we couldn't wait to get back to our relaxing little haven at San Remo and the 30A area. We appreciated the slow pace, very little traffic, but much to see and do. I would highly recommend staying at San Remo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. We have traveled a lot over the years and this was by far our most relaxing vacation. The memories made there will not soon be forgotten. Many thanks and can't wait to visit again. Missing my umbrella and beach chair already!!

My Fiancée and I absolutely love this Condo as this is our second time down here in 2 years. We enjoy it so much that we will be spending our honeymooning here this summer. We love the 30 second stroll to the private white sandy beach to soak in the sun or catch a few waves. The best part is the beautiful “T” shaped pool and large hot tub for those cool nights. On the clear nights, we enjoy sitting out on the patio eating dinner and playing cards while watching the sun set over the water. The relaxing and cozy condo is what keeps us coming back each year as it is decorated in a modern day beach theme which adds to the overall tranquility of our vacation. The location is key as you are only a short ten minute drive to both Seaside and Destin, where you will find more to do than you have time for. If you want to be adventurous, head to Pier Park in Panama City Beach for some shopping and a delicious Cheese Burger in Paradise at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaretville. If you are looking for that perfect place to share a romantic week with a loved one or a fun filled vacation with family and friends then consider your search over.
