We have stayed at this particular condo several times as we have been coming to Cornado Del-Mar for at least 10 years. Finding this condo was a gem, but this unit is beautiful. Everything you need is there. It is perfect for company as there are two suites. It is a short walk to Flagler for the shopping center and a short walk to the grocery store. I was without a vehicle and was easy to get around. The only thing missing were beach chairs.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We stayed in this Condo last June. It was the best Beach Vacation we have ever had. The whole experience was just amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need. The pool area is very clean and nice. The view from the balcony is just beautiful. We are booking for next year soon. No question, this is the place to stay in New Smyrna Beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
