Blue Mountain Beach is in a perfect location just minutes from Destin and Sandestin to the west, with Seaside, Seagrove, WaterColor, and Rosemary Beach to the East. Adagio rests on Hwy 30-A which is perfect for family bike rides and walks.
The Adagio has a 8000 square foot pool surrounded by tall palm trees that is only for those that are staying in this 11-acre private gated-community. There is a also a heated beachfront pool that our balcony overlooks. Adagio also offers a private fitness room and conference rooms so all your needs are taken care of.
There is an outside grill by the pool so when you aren't ready to go in, you can have a family BBQ and then sit on our balcony to watch a sunset that is hard to forget.
Our 4 bedroom/3 bath home is newly furnished with upscale decor that sits directly on the beach. Our master bedroom has a king-size bed and a bathroom with a jetted tub and separate showers. The kitchen has Viking appliances and a granite countertop. There are windows in all of our bedrooms, so no matter what room your in you will still be able to take in Adagio's beautiful landscape.
There is free wireless internet access at the pools. So whether you want to stay in touch with family and friends or do some business while your on this relaxing getaway, Adagio can help you do it.

Year Purchased: 2008
We purchased the last unfurnished unit at Adagio in 2008. Since we live in Birmingham, AL, we come to Adagio alot! It's our HOME that we happen to let some very nice people stay in when we aren't there. Our kids require an annual summer trip to the water park and go-cart track in downtown Destin. The guys go golfing and deep sea fishing while the girls walk for long stretches on the beach to find the perfect sea shell or the ellusive sandollar.
Why the Owner Chose Adagio
We wanted a place ON the beach, not just at the beach. But we also wanted enough space to invite friends and family or just spread out ourselves. Adagio gives us spacatular views, great pools, and room inside to relax. All without breaking our budget.

We are currently staying at the unit (June 8th, 2010) and many rumors flying about "oil on the beach". We have seen no signs of oil and it is unfortunate that the media reports are more about hype then the true conditions. The beach is beautiful and we have enjoyed swimming and sun everyday. The Adagio properties are first class and this unit is especially great due to the location. Great privacy yet easy access to all the fun activities to enjoy right here on the property. I would highly recommended this property if a beach vacation is in the future.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is one exceptional unit and complex! My family enjoyed the week that was filled with the beach, pools, site-seeing, cool little seaside towns, and many fine restaurants. The pictures of the unit and facility are right on target! No bait & switch here...... our expectations were exceeded. We will stay here again in the future. We had one pleasant surprise and it was tropical storm Claudette! Claudette made for a great day of body/board surfing in the gulf and caused no local damage! The Roides family highly recommends this unit for a fun filled family vacation!

Our family(7 adults and 1 child)stayed in this condo the week of 5/2/09-5/9/09. Everything about our stay was just wonderful, The layout of the bedrooms was exactly what we were looking for. The condo is beautiful, the pools are great, the beach was wonderful, and the view is just breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better time. We are so glad to have found this place and plan on making this a yearly event.
