Our exquisitely furnished and fully air-conditioned condo features a 42-inch LCD TV and a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, free wireless highspeed internet, dining table, washer/dryer, a bedroom with King bed and 26-inch LCD TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with filtered water and ice maker. The property has two pools and direct beach access.
Rental car: after arrival at the airport you’ll receive your rental car from one of the biggest and most reliable car rental companies on the island.

My Girlfriend and I stayed here for 6 days and absolutely loved it. I definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to get an off-the-resort feel to their vacation. The island is picture perfect. Rent the car if you want to get a full idea what the island offers. The condo is a home away from home. Extremely comfortable, everything you can need and want is available, and very romantic. We cooked breakfast each morning, and dinner once and a while. Coming back there each night after running around the island shopping, swimming, diving, drinking, partying...whew, you name it we did it, was soooooo relaxing!! Anyway, make sure you go to Grand Case on monday nights. and tuesdays before early april. Enjoy!! And Thanks Torsten and Jens for the hospitality. Congrats again Torsten!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I just spent 8 days in this condo and it's literally a home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with any type of cooking item you may need, there is a DVD player, surround sound system, beach towels, snorkel sets, umbrella... the list goes on. Literally - ANYTHING that you need is here. Just bring your clothes and toiletries and you're set. There is a grocery just down the hill (near the entrance to La Vista) and it's only a few blocks to walk down to the main strip where shops and restaurants are. The place was clean and had changes of sheets and towels if we needed it. The condo also has a safe and the air conditioner works like a charm. Regarding communication - Torsten was great! He e-mailed us updates about travel, our arrival - he totally kept us informed. We'll be coming back to stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My partner Steve and I stayed here for one week at the end of January 2010. We were absolutely amazed when the property manager greeted us at the car rental shop to escort us back to condo,what service! Condo was nicely decorated, well equipped and very clean. While condo is on the beach, the beach is not swimmable due to rocks. This didn't matter to us as we went on an adventure in our rental car (included with condo) every day...or we went for a walk (5 minutes) down the beach and had a swim at the Pelican Resort beach (all beaches are open to all people) .There are 2 pools associated with the condo, both lovely. We did use them a couple times but we are really beach people, but if you like pools better, these are nice. Our ONLY disappointments were the lounge chairs on the deck of the condo had no cushions so they were only comfortable for about 5 minutes and there was no outdoor BBQ grill. We really consider these minor dissapointments. The bed was so comfortable, bathroom was well equipped, all the towels you could ever need,and the kitchen was extremely well equipped and nicely decorated. The area around the condo is built up and we always felt safe walking around (which we did a lot). Simpsons bay, with shops and restaurants, is a pleasant walk from condo (really enjoyed Lee's bbq) The free wifi and voip phone were added bonuses. We would definitely stay at this property again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
