We love this condo. Just right for 2 people. It is very spacious for a one bedroom condo. Living areas are really nice and we loved having the half bath. The views are wonderful. We saw dolphins eveyday. The condo is very clean and the complex has ladies cleaning the elevator etc. everyday. The only thing that would have been helpful would have been another elevator and a garabage shoot. But overall it is a good place to stay.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is such a nice condo. Everything was so clean and very nicely decorated. Love all the art pieces. Lanier was so nice to work with and checkng in was a breeze. The condo is very roomy, has a wonderful balcony view. I have been coming to gulf shores for many years and i am partial to the central and west beach side. This condo has a great location. You can walk to the shops and restaurants. This will be one that i will try to book again, it made you feel like you were at home but with that great ocean view. Thank you Lanier for checking in on me upon my arrival. I leave tomorrow and will be sad to go but will be back later in the summer.

We were very pleased with this unit. It is every thing the owner described!! The full gulf view was exceptional even though we did not see any dolphins ):!! The condo was very clean and access to the unit was extremely convenient!! My husband played golf and I did some oil painting from the balcony-good time for both of us!! The beach was not crowded in front of the condo in spite of it being spring break-the size of the complex helps in that respect. The location is convenient to everything shopping, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend this unit to my friends. We hope to return in the fall!! P. S. Enjoyed the owner's aret work also. Thanks also for returning my forgotten item!!

Beautiful Fall Romantic Vacation

Our first time visiting Gulf Shores, AL. My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed staying at your condo. Just perfect for the 2 of us. Watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony and also saw dolphins play right out in front of us. Enjoyed fresh seafood at a few restaurants. Our last night we had a wonderful romantic dinner at Grazie ( an Italian spot reccommeded by a few locals.) A trip to the outlet mall is a must. And Lambert's cafe in Foley where they "throw the rolls". Beautiful Beach, so nice and Clean. Enjoyed the walks on beach and Sunsets too! My husband golfed at a few courses close by. He fell in love with Soldiers Creek and would play it again and again if he had the time. The Condo is very well equiped with everything we needed. Great contact with owners and easy access off of Highway 59 close to everything, shops eateries! Thanks Again for allowing us to rent your Lovely Condo!!! Would love to come back when we can!

We loved staying here! The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, well furnished, quiet, within walking distance of restaurants and shops,and we saw dolphins from the balcony!!! The pool was clean and warm enough for swimming and the beach is just beautiful. You can kick back and relax or go out enjoy the live music at the Hangout or Lulus. I highly recommend walking down the beach to the Island Pancake House at the Best Western Hotel for breakfast.

If you're looking for a nice, quiet, family get away, Tropic Isles is the place. I can't express how satisfied we were with the Unit, the price and how close it is to the store and theme park. I didn't want to leave last year and I know I won't want to leave this year. The owner is just the sweetest. She was always just a call or email away if something went were to go wrong. We're going back in August and I CAN'T WAIT! :)

Our family of three had a wonderful time at your condo. The condo was clean and the view was perfect. Our toddler couldn't get enough of the kiddie pool. We enjoyed every minute...and will return again! Thank you for your dining advice as well.

The condo was incredible and clean and is even closer to the beach than we thought it was. The pool area is great and well kept. This was our first trip to the gulf, but we know two families who have been coming for years. The larger condo buildings generate a lot of complaints, i.e. lines to get in the elevator,noise,crowded beach areas, all the things you are trying to get away from. This condo is small and everyone was verrrry friendly and laid back. We made friends with two families who own in the building and three that rent. I cant say enough good things about the condo, or the owner. Counting the days til we return! THANKS AGAIN!

What a perfect place for our mother/daughter get-a-way! The condo was amazing with a beautiful view of the beach/gulf. We loved watching the dolphins each morning from our balcony. Our girls slept comfortably in the bunks, and the 1/2 bath was nice to have :) We enjoyed cooking together and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lanier was wonderful to work with and we feel very fortunate to have found this nice place! The listing photos show the condo exactly as we found it! Great memories for us all! I highly recommend this condo!

This was actually my second trip to Lanier's condo this summer. The first trip was with my husband and the second with 3 of my best friends. We had such a wonderful trip and the condo was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! We loved the extra half bath and the double sinks for a bunch of women trying to get ready at the same time. Lanier, you have been a pleasure to work with!! We love your condo and will be in touch in the future. May bring the boys with us next time. They love sleeping in the built in bunk beds.

We had such a great time during our trip we are already planning to come back and this condo was just perfect! It was exactly as described if not better. We had an absolutely wonderful time at your condo. What a great place - very clean and nice sized pool for the kids to enjoy. We really enjoyed ourselves and the girls loved the bunk beds - my 5 year old was in heaven on the top bunk! It was great and for our first time at Gulf Shores, the weather was perfect. We will definately come again!

We had such an amazing time staying at your condo for Spring Break. I have never used VRBO so I was a little nervous, but it definitely exceeded my expectations! Lanier- you were so great with communicating to me about everything and even calling to check on us to make sure we were happy with everything. This condo could comfortably fit 6 people and having 2 bathrooms was a lifesaver (especially for us girls that take a while to get ready and have to share space with an anxious man). We will definitely be renting from you again! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your condo and have a relaxing vacation!

We just got back from the beach and can I just say that this condo is so worth the money. It is decorated as cute as can be complete with a big ole plasma tv in the livingroom which my husband fell in love with. The kitchen has everything that you could ever want. And the owner supplies some of the kitchen needs for you which other owner do not. (ie: dishwasher detergent...etc.) The view from the balcony is simply fabulous and the fact that the complex is just big enough to not be over crowded with people is nice too. Loved it, loved it, loved it...
