This villa is situated in the exclusive Windsor Palms community. It has a gated entrance. A clubhouse is situated nearby in the community which includes a fully-equipped gym, beach volleyball, game room, public pool, and 58-seat private cinema.

The villa itself has its own pool and spa. It has four bedrooms - one king-size, one queen-size, two twins, and a sofa bed. Relax in your own pool and spa. The kitchen has all you could need for your stay. We also include TV/VCR and CD/radio Gas Barbeque and Playstation 2.

  • When a friend recommend John’s house for our vacation we never imagined what a treasure we had found. With our four children (10, 7, 5, and 3) we have tried hotel rooms and suites with limited success in the past. It was so nice having such a comfortable well maintained home to come back to each day. There were lots of beds, more than we needed which meant we could put the younger ones to bed and the older ones didn’t disturb them. In the mornings the early risers in our group turned on the TV in their room and let everyone else sleep in. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary supplies which made making meals easy and the nearby grocery store is open late. The kids loved the pool and preferred coming back to the house and their own pool after a day at the parks over any other option we presented. It was relaxing for us as parents to sit on the patio and watch the kids swim after a busy day at the parks. Everyone told us we would come home after 7 days at Disney exhausted but since we had such a comfortable home to stay in, where everyone slept well, we were able to go to the parks every day and not come home exhausted. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

  • Many thanks to John and Mary Bond for the opportunity to rent their beautiful Florida home. It's a real home away from home in every sense of the word with your every need anticipated. The Casey family enjoyed a wonderful week there and have no hesitation recommending it. The villa is perfectly situated for anyone planning a "parks and shopping" trip to Orlando and the private pool and jacuzzi are a great way to refresh tired bodies after a day on the rollercoasters or in the shopping malls.

  • This was a home away from home. We were just minutes from the parks without having to be in a small hotel room. The home was comfortable with a great layout. The pool/jacuzzi was great to spend quality time with the family. Will definitely return!

  • Staying in this home added a lot to a wonderful vacation. It was absolutely perfect for us, we were travelling with my parents and our two children (8 and almost 3). We all had plenty of room, the kids really liked having their own tv's, which allowed everyone to have a little "quiet alone time" when it was needed. The pool and hot tub were great, we definately made good use of them (several times a day), it was awesome to be able to come back and relax in the hot tub after a long day. It was really close to all the major attractions and there were many great restaurants nearby. We are definately interested in coming back (hopefully sooner rather than later), and I have highly recommended our experience to all those who ask.

The location of the house is perfect for Disney trips and close to restaurants and stores. Everything was just perfect, except for the weather, which of course, no one had any control over.   • Dear John, Thanks so Much for the use of your beautiful house at Christmas time. We had a great time, since I had back surgery in November, I used the pool and hot tub every day. The area is wonderful, not far from everything at Disney but far enough to be restful. We brought our Christmas tree, but you already had one there, so we just used some of the decorations. The Club house was really nice, beautiful decorations and had anything you would ever need. Thanks again, John and Elaine Teare
