This villa is situated in the exclusive Windsor Palms community. It has a gated entrance. A clubhouse is situated nearby in the community which includes a fully-equipped gym, beach volleyball, game room, public pool, and 58-seat private cinema.
The villa itself has its own pool and spa. It has four bedrooms - one king-size, one queen-size, two twins, and a sofa bed. Relax in your own pool and spa. The kitchen has all you could need for your stay. We also include TV/VCR and CD/radio Gas Barbeque and Playstation 2.

We bought this rental property because we wanted a luxurious home near disney and all the other theme parks.
our children also love all the shopping !
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
our vila has 1850 square feet of luxury. we have 400 thread count linens so you sleep like a king. we have the villa like our own home so if you have it at home we should have it .
our pool is south facing and not overlooked and its hard to get the kids out of it .
windsor palms is a gated community whic has its own 58 seat private cinema, pool tables, table tennis tables, a fully equipped gym , beach volley ball court, and our son's favourite the basket ball court.
there is also the olympic sized swimming pool and jacuzzi and also the tennis courts.
all of this is just 5 minutes from disney

09/20/11 Positive We have just returned from our two week holiday wish we could have stayed longer. The house was great so close to all the parks and shops very quite and secure community always a bonus with young kids.I would recommend this vila to anyone thinking of going over as the house is fully equipped with everything you could need. Your Villa was perfect; safe, spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Our hectic days at Disney made the Villa's close location ideal. We all loved the pool and hot tub, which the kids couldn't wait to get into each evening after returning from the theme parks. A wonderful home with an attentive owner. The house is clean, bright and spacious in a peaceful secure gated community. You are central to everything you could wish to visit (If you can get the kids out of the pool). The house looks lovely in the pictures but they just don't convey the scale and comfort of the rooms. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.
