We are located within 2 blocks of a bank , the Plaza Machado, where you will find the Angela Peralta Theater, coffee and juice shops, bars and many quaint restaurants. The ocean and the Malecon (approx. 4 mile boardwalk from Old Town to Valentinos Nightclub along the waterfront which is great for morning/evening strolls, jogging, rollerblading) are 4 blocks away and within 6 blocks is the Cathedral, the Central Market where you can shop for fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, flowers and souvenirs and many other stores where the local people shop and live. Also, downstairs is a shop where you will find anything from artwork to dishes to jewelry and many other unique items.
Located on the 2nd floor, adjoining only two other condos, our condo has been furnished with everything new and we have tried to include everything you will need. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, bed linens, clock radio, towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer, DVD player, movies, lending library, iPod dock, WI-FI internet connection, Vonage phone service with free unlimited calls to the U.S. and cell phone available for calls within Mazatlan. A queen size air bed is also available.
This rental is perfect for 1 or 2 couples. Not suitable for small children with the stairs and balcony. There is a small, shared patio within the building. No spring breakers or partiers. No smoking once you have entered the building and no pets. Deposit to hold reservation required. Property Manager will meet you with keys and answer any questions.
