Our Family villa is located in "Las Conchas", an exclusive gated community with 24 hour security. Las Conchas is an US citizen settlement of homes on the beach front east side of downtown Puerto Penasco. Our home can accommodate your stay from two to eight persons. Views in every direction - ocean, town (city lights), night star gazing, estuary and mountains. Just two minute walk to the private beach in this guard-gated beach community of Las Conchas. Old Port (fish market, restaurants, shopping) just a five minute drive to town.
The beach is beautiful and sandy with no rocks.You can view the ocean from 1st,2nd & 3rd levels of the villa. Enjoy the swimming pool and common areas.
Decorated with Granite and stainless appliances and the beach in mind... Our villa is modern in design and very colorful. Free satellite TV including HBO, Showtime and NFL Sunday Ticket can be viewed 99" MOVIE Theater, bring DVD's. You are our guests here at our family villa.

Winter visitors love the beautiful weather and beaches, deep sea fishing, watching whales, dolphins and sea lions. ATV riding, golf, shopping and much more.
Spring, summer and fall visitors like all of the above and also enjoy the ocean with water sports, snorkeling, scuba diving and swimming.
Horseback riding on the beach and kayaks are available for rent in town or right on the beach for your fun and enjoyment. You can book a whale watching cruse, deep sea fishing, trip to bird island, sunset cruse, Jet Skis and much more....
