Best Place in Town! Fabulous Spring and Summer 2012 Vacations
Year Purchased: 1978
The Unique Benefits at this House
Wonderfull old house that overlooks downtown, at least when the leaves are not on the tress. Very enjoyable as you can walk to everything in town, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Park the car at the house, and forget about it for the rest of your stay. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all up to date and in good clean condition. Additionally, local management and over site of the property ensures none of the unforeseen problems that can result from long distance owners that may not be fully aware of the day to day situation.

Never been to Saugatuck before- What a wonderfull stay and house! The house had everything we needed and it was nice to be able to walk everywhere. Loved Betty, so friendly and helpful! from the first phone call to get more info. about reservations - you have been above-and-beyond friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for accomidating all of our needs! Before booking, I called a few other places - this by far was the best place in town and the nicest people to deal with. We plan on coming every year. Thank you vey much!

Awesome! Loved the beautiful home - so much character and charm. Saugatuck is Amazing! Beautiful landscaping, nature beach, shops...we had a wonderful time. Oval beach, climbed Mt. Baldy and down to beach dune, a must do is Dune Ride - well worth the $. We rode bikes through lovely neighborhood and through town. We truly enjoyed this "Old House" - the sun poarch and great views from every window! Thanks for sharing this house. Also, great cleaning crew as everything was "spic and Span" when we arrived. Can't wait to return here!

We all truly enjoyed our stay both in your lovely home and in Saugatuck itself. We sailed (even took the 2 year old) rode scooters, cimbed Mt. Baldy, and rode bicycles over quite a bit of the surrounding areas. Your home is wonderful - with all the amenities. Thank You!
