The Unique Benefits at this House
Wonder full old house that overlooks downtown, at least when the leaves are not on the tress. Very enjoyable as you can walk to everything in town, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. You can park the car for the majority of time you are there. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all up to date and in good clean condition. Additionally, local management and over site of the property ensures none of the unforeseen problems that can result from long distance owners that may not be fully aware of the day to day situation.

Hello, family picture last Fourth of July, enjoying Saugatuck. Graduated from Saugtuck High School in 1981. Family has owned the house since 1978. Would be living there now if work had not taken me away to Kentucky, our loss is your gain!
