There is an abundance of activities nearby. Schlitterban is only about 1 hour away....2 hours to Six Flags in San Antonio, 40 minutes to downtown Austin.
This newly furnished, private, lakefront home in Lago Vista features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 bath with shower. The bottom level is an open area where the kids and pets can play indoors. The loft area features an enclosed bedroom and private bathroom. There is also a separate balcony located off the loft. The 3rd level is the main living area with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room with washer/dryer.
Loft bedroom has a full size futon and it's own bathroom with shower. Master bedroom has a beautiful lake view, direct balcony access, queen size bed, chest of drawers and full bath. Second bedroom has bunk beds that feature a full size futon bed on the bottom and twin size bunk, along with a 3-drawer dresser. Third bedroom has a queen size bed and a 3-drawer dresser.
The main living area has spectacular lake views from the living room and direct access to the balcony.
Located near the boat ramp. There is one neighbor next door and one down the street. This is a quiet neighborhood with an abundance of deer. The evenings are very peaceful.
Pets are allowed for a $150 fee per stay and an additional deposit (based on pet).
Kitchen is equipped with microwave, can opener, toaster, crock pot, blender, etc. Utensils include everything from a wine corkscrew to an egg slicer!
Please bring your own beach towels and chairs.
This is a family oriented home. No loud parties please. Minimum age to rent is 25. No one under the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

We currently live in California with our 2 children. Retirement is about 2 years away and we will be heading to Texas at that time. Our children are still in school. Mary is a Business Manager with a Construction Management Firm and Ray works for the City. We enjoy traveling, football, baseball, Nascar, fishing, boating, and relaxing.

We chose our home in Lago Vista because it is located in a very quiet area with very few neighbors, peaceful nights, and an abundance of deer. We loved being located right on the lake.
