This beautiful 2 bedroom, newly renovated in 2009, apartment is situated in a quiet residential street at Marengo, on the 1st floor (European) minutes from the centre of Toulouse. 400m from the metro, 600m from Canal du Midi, 800m from the airport Navette shuttle, 10 minute walk to the Capitole (city centre). 6km from Stade Toulouse. Convenient for the Toulouse convention & exposition halls and the University. 8km from Blagnac Airport & Airbus. The apartment is ideal for holidays or corporate lodgings, convenient to Airbus, the University and Canceropole.
The apartment is furnished with a double bed in bedroom 1 and wardrobe. A very comfortable double sofa bed in bedroom 2 with wardrobe. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and all cooking utensils. The living area has a large sofa, flat screen TV and stereo system. The internet is via ethernet cable. The dining area will seat 6 persons comfortably around a farmhouse table. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, washer/dryer, iron and hairdryer.

This apartment is perfect for a short or long stay in Toulouse. It is very convenient to all manner of transportation.....bus, metro, train.....and it's an easy stroll into the center of town. Also nearby is a nice, well-stocked supermarket. The apartment is very spacious and really clean. The kitchen has all you need to prepare good meals, including a full size fridge with a big freezer. It sure was nice to return to this lovely accommodation each evening after long days of sightseeing. Working with the owner was a pleasure. When I return to Toulouse I will most definitely stay in this lovely property again!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

A really roomy apartment with two definite bedrooms, immaculate and well appointed with everything you need. Even the basic essentials for when you arrive. Loved our time in Toulouse and the apartment and private parking made life so much easier. Would have no hesitation in recommending for private or business - it was a pleasure.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a great apartment! It is very well appointed and clean. It is in a great neighborhood with train station, subway, parks, grocery stores and city center nearby. I would definitely recommend it! Owner was a pleasure to work with too!
