Once again my daughter and I and my two grandchildren 6 and 9 had a great time. This is the second year in this unit. It is lovely and well furnished. We loved the improvements this year from last, especially the glider chair on the balcony. The only problem was that we all wanted to sit in it. You need to get another! The nice table out there was great for playing games and doing crafts with the kids. The sofa was very comfortable in itself but not as a pull out bed. The mattress is too thin. However we worked it out. The kids really enjoyed the lazy river and my granddaughter loved the play water area also but my grandson had a problem with the water being so cold. Most of the kids were shivering. The condo is very close to Pier Park for restuarants and shopping and carnival rides. Pineapple Willy's and Margaritaville are great restuarants but go early or be prepared to wait. One of the best meals we had was at Boar's Head . It was wonderful and very close. As far as ocean swimming, this time unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed due to a storm prior to our visit but the views and the sunsets were just breathtaking. I love Panama City Beach and have come here since I was a child myself. I would reccomend this condo to everyone, especially families with small children. To sum up our trip I have to repeat a quote I have on my sunroom wall. " Life is not measured by how many breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away".

We hope to visit the condo this month and replacing that sleeper sofa mattress will be #1 on our list as we strive to keep the condo updated and comfortable. We are trilled that you enjoyed the new glider so much! We had it delivered earlier this summer and we haven't even seen it yet...but after your comments we are really looking forward to enjoying it as well. We will definitely consider adding a second one! Thanks again!!! We look forward to your family visiting our condo again in the future!

Great unit, very clean family friendly accomodations. This was our second stay in this unit as we had such a great time last year. We appreciated the fact that we could be on the beach, but could go up to the waterpark or Lazy River without leaving the property. Washer and dryer were a great plus, game room and nice workout area with beach/ocean view. Highly recommended accomodiations.
