Perhaps you will catch a glimpse of Governor Swartzenneger or other notables who frequent Sacramento for movie shoots! The apartment features Spanish porcelain floor tiles, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinetry, warm area carpets and fine quality furniture. The bedroom is complete with a queen sized bed with an excellent Serta "Perfect Sleeper" mattress, good bedside reading lamps, and built-in closet system. The spacious bathroom is fully equipped with a large vanity, bathtub and shower.
The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including a Miele cooktop, built-in wall oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and in-sink garbage disposal. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any cook to step into and prepare gourmet meals! Complementing the gourmet kitchen is a dining area and living room featuring a built-in wall unit housing an LCD flat-screen television with cable service and DVD player, a stereo with a selection of CD’s, and a sofa bed that can accommodate one additional adult. Heading west, you enter the well known wine-growing regions of the Napa, Sonoma, and the Anderson valley, famous not only for their vineyards and wineries but for their excellent restaurants. Heading east, Lake Tahoe provides wonderful alpine slopes, where you'll find world-class snow skiing and some of the most stunning scenery in the world. To the southeast the roads lead you into the gold country, where the little gold-rush towns of Jackson, Sutter Creek, and Angels Camp are defined by historic hotels, gorgeous Victorian homes that cling to cliffsides, and museums that display the area's fascinating history. The roads north into the Sacramento Valley lead you to wildlife refuges providing opportunities to view great flocks of migrating swans and snow geese. You can even head to the San Francisco Bay Area, to Oakland, Berkeley, Marin County, or San Francisco itself.
