This beautifully decorated cottage has 2 queen size beds for 4 adults, 2 single futons to provide beds for 2 children in the sunroom. The kitchen has utensils for cooking, and a nice private deck to sit out on and relax while enjoying the peaceful Siuslaw River as it meanders down to meet the great Pacific Ocean. Sleeps 4 Adults, 2 Children Visit the gift shops, wine bar, restaurants, and coffee bistros that are all within walking distance in Old Town Florence. At the end of a busy, fun filled day of enjoying the Florence attractions hang out and put your feet up in the cozy living room while relaxing with the ambiance of the electric fireplace and cable TV. Old Town River Cottage is just minutes away from beautiful ocean beaches, sand dunes, 27 lakes, and 100's of hiking trails, so bring your quads, fishing poles and hiking shoes!

Cancellations within 2-4 weeks of arrival will be refunded if home is re-rented
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded
