The cottage is fully furnished and features a living room, kitchen, bath, enclosed sleeping porch and deck overlooking the lake. In addition there is a detached bunk/guest house with single upper bed and double lower bed. The living area has a sofa bed and sleeping porch has a queen bed. Will sleep up to 6 people. Linens are provided. Fully equipped kitchen (including microwave), gas grill, fans. Fabulous lake views from main cottage and bunk house. Tow canoes and a fourteen foot rowboat. Check in is Saturday 3 P.M. to Sunday 10 A.M.

Peak Season June 5 th to Sept 13th .. $850.00/ week
Apr-May 15 th,Sept 13 through Nov. $700.00
May 15th to June 5th $850.00/week per week plus 9% Vermont rooms and meals
$75 cleaning fee. Credit card payment acceped (2% additional fee.)
50% down (non-refundable) along with signed contract to reserve.
Security/Damage deposit of $250./week (refundable following site inspection)
Nightly rates Sept 15th - May 15th Nightly $150 2 night minimum 4th night free.
$150 damage deposit for nightly rental.
