Your Capitola Village Getaway Beach house is located directly across the street from the beach and Capitola Wharf, with the Wharf House restaurant, Village Esplanade with downtown eating and shopping is a short walking distance from the Home.

We recently added new carpeting throughout the house!

The house is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath that sleeps 5-8 people. There is a full kitchen to prepare meals and a nice patio in the back to rest after a day at the beach or shopping. Has an additional outdoor shower for the kids and beach sand. Then come inside to relax in the living room to watch TV or play games with the family. Two dedicated street parking spots are available.


Located in the Village of Capitola. California's oldest seaside resort is a charming, eclectic coastal town. The beach is nestled between two bluffs, and reminds one of a Mediterranean resort. Capitola Beach is bordered by the Esplanade, lined with shops, galleries & Restaurants including: Margaritaville, Shadowbrook, Wharf House restaurant, Gayle's and lots of Ice Cream. Enjoy Sunsets, Sunbathing, Biking, Fishing, Shell Collecting, Flying Kites and leisurely strolls on the beach at sunset. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and many other close great destinations await for your getaway!

  • We found this property literally at the last minute when we decided we wanted something different than a hotel. We couldn't have made a better choice! The place is so close to Capitola Village it was easy to run back for supplies...even with kids in tow. Toby (6)enjoyed his time here so much, he was in tears as we left the place. It's clear Michael truly cares about the property and it is very well maintained.

  • We absolutely loved this place! The location is great and the home is fully equiped, very clean and nicely decorated! It has everything you need, including a blender! The owner is awesome and was available during our stay to answer any questions! Great place and we would definitely come back!

  • This home is in a wonderful location just a few steps to the beach and village. Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was more then we had expected and would stay here again. We highly recommend this vacation home for your next stay in Capitola...but if you want to make margaritas...you should bring a blender as this seems to be the only thing missing from this beach house.
