PINK PALM BUNGALOW: New, heated pool (28’X14’). Single story home two blocks from beautiful Gulf beaches, AMI Community Center, and situated on a quiet Anna Maria street. There are 3 bedrooms (1K, 1Q, and 2T) and 2 tiled bathrooms. The master bathroom is en suite with a rain shower and walk in closet. The home has WIFI internet, unlimited US long distance telephoning, flat screen TV (2) with Direct TV hook up, and a DVD player. Well equipped and efficient galley kitchen with Corian counter tops and all new appliances. Dining room is adjacent to kitchen.
Florida room has an additional dining area and incredible views of newly landscaped, tropical gardens and aquamarine pool with volleyball and basketball pool setups. Brick paver patio features a pergola with outdoor dining and stainless steel barbecue grill. Loungers(6) and more table seating complete a perfect pool experience.
Other amenities include outdoor, screened shower, garage parking, and soft, beautiful towels and linens. Short stroll to restaurants and shopping. Everything you could want for a wonderful island and beach experience including beach cart, umbrella, chairs and toys.

We stayed in the Pink Palm Bungalow the first week of March. It is everything it claims to be and so much more ! The house is very tastefully decorated and updated with high end features. Everything was clean and in working order. I can tell the owner put a lot of love and care into decorating this beautiful home. There was not one thing about this house that we were not absolutely delighted with ! The house is in a great location, we walked to shopping, the beach, and Tampa Bay. It is also only two blocks from the free trolley, which we took many times. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a glorious stay on AMI !!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed at Pink Palm Bungalow 4 times (we have rented other houses in AMI in the past). It feels like a home away from home - comfortable, well appointed and a wonderful pool area. Some days we have to drag ourselves from the back yard to get to the beach. A very special property.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I'm very picky about rentals, so I was pleased to find that this house was everything the description said and more. We had 4 High school & college age kids and there was plenty of room. The decor was lovely, the backyard pool area was very private, we loved it and were out there every day. The house was clean, well stocked and in a good location. A couple blocks west to the beach and a couple blocks north to "town". We liked the Sandbar and the City Pier, Ginny and Jane E's and the Island Cafe for breakfast. But the best surprise was Slim's, right around the corner. It looks like a basic bar, but the food was great! Best Mahi, lobster mac & cheese...YUM! (we went there twice). The beaches are beautiful, the shops are so cute, we rented bikes and explored. What's not to like about Anna Maria??? We'll be back to the Pink Palm.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This bungalow met our needs perfectly. The large pool was great to relax in or even swim a few laps. The location of the property was very private and centrally located on the North end. About a 5 minute walk to both the Gulf and Tampa Bay made it easy to catch sunrises and sunsets. Hardly any traffic came through since it's close to the community center. We'll be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
