A truly spectacular ocean front condo with an amazing view of Kailua Bay. Our condo is a first floor unit.( no dragging luggage up stairs). The pool and spa are ocean front with a beautiful lava wall surrounding the property. Sea Village complex is very popular and sits back off the main roadway making it very quite. Just right for the much needed vacation.

Enjoy the gardens with tables, chairs, and Barbecues'. Beautiful blooming Hibiscus and swaying palm trees complete the grounds. All the linen is sanitized after every use. Wi-Fi is available at no cost. Our condo also includes snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. A large selection of DVD's and VCR tapes is included for your added enjoyment. The condo is a short 1 mile walk from town and the Green Flash restaurant for all your AM coffee and food needs is located on property. Our condo is quite, extremely clean and comfortable. Our condo is always presented with the Aloha spirit in mind. It's advised to book early, because our unit is kept very busy. We live just a few minutes away from the condo, giving the condo that personnel touch and care and immediate response if the need should arise.   • We just returned from 7 wonderful nights at Gary and Kim's condo. The pictures do not do it justice. We had a hard time leaving; we even considered changing our flight home. We loved breakfast on the lanai, watching the dolphins swim by, and the harbor activity. The condo has all the conveniences of home plus the things you might need for a day at the beach. We can't wait to return.

  • Wow !! is all I can say! Far exceeded expectations, Early morning coffee on the lanai will truly be missed. Gary and Kim did an outstanding job on decorating. Another part of my heart has been left in Kona :). Mahalo Nui Loa Gary and Kim!!

  • 3rd year in a row here in you’re “Hale Honu”. It’s so fantastic we can’t stay away. It’s been a “lay back” two weeks. We’ve done so much in the past years it was time to just do nothing. Saw some green sea turtles, spinner dolphins, and a few humpbacks. You have such a beautiful condo! Hope to see you next year.

  • My wife, Kathie, and I have been coming to the Islands for many years. We have stayed in numerous condos, but none have been decorated and as well equiped as "Honu House." Not to mention, being right on the water. The view is spectacular. We watch the spinner dolphins in the mornings and the Humpback Whales are a spectacular sight as they often "breach" directly off the front of the condo, during the winter season. Having our coffee on the lanai in the morning and watching the sunsets in the evening make us truely feel like the "Riches." The short walk to Kialua-Kona Town is a daily ritual. We are always anxious to return to "Honu House." It is so wonderful to vacation in Paradise and "Honu House" is the place to enjoy it.
