Pointe West is an upscale resort community located on the Western tip of Galveston. It offers a secluded beach, beautiful pools and many more amenities. Just over the boardwalk our beachside villa can accommodate 6-8 guests in total comfort. There are three bedrooms each with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The children's room comfortably sleeps up to 5 kids. Relax in the spacious living area that leads into the dining room furnished with a counter height, solid wood table that serves 8. From there, step out to the oversized patio with a direct view of the beach and furnished with a loveseat, 2 chairs with ottomans, and a dining table that seats 4. The kitchen is full of upgrades, stainless appliances, granite countertops and all the cooking supplies you will need. Off the master bedroom there is a private balcony to enjoy sunsets over the bay.
Our villa is just a 5 minute walk from the private Beach Club (a one time $20 fee is paid directly to reception desk and is good for your entire stay) where you can take advantage of all the amenities offered including 20,000 square feet of sundecks, restaurant (poolside service), infinity edge pool, children's pool and so much more. Guests will have access to our storage unit in the parking garage that has boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys. The Sunset Bay pool features a lazy river, hot tub, cabana and inner tubes to float on. Rent directly from us, we are the owners!

- Total access to Pointe West Beach Club that features a beautiful infinity edge pool, hot tub, kiddy pool, restaurant with poolside service available, Topsiders Bar upstairs, game room with pool table, air hockey, video games and state of the art fitness center. Pointe West has a children's activity calendar with fun things to do on-site like crabbing, s'mores by the fire pit, shelling, game night, etc. They have a very helpful and friendly staff hosting these events. On the bay side there is a lazy river pool with hot tub and cabana with drink service. This is a huge hit with the kids!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our vacation home has everything your family needs to have the perfect vacation at the beach. You'll have complete access to all our beach supplies, boogie boards, skim board, comfortable chairs, large umbrella, crabbing net/bucket, sand toys and a beach cart that you can load everything into! We also supply all linens, bath towels, paper products, all kitchen soaps, trash bags, and the kitchen has everything you will need to prepare all your meals. We hope to save families time and space when they are packing up and preparing for their vacation. Our favorite part of spending time in our condo is relaxing on our huge balcony that has a wonderful view of the ocean. It's like having a second living area, we are out there so much enjoying the peaceful sights and sounds of a family beach vacation.

I was born and raised in Texas where my family and I spent all of our family vacations along the Texas beaches. My husband and I have been enjoying Pointe West for several years now, and when the opportunity arose to purchase this particular condo from Mike and Marcie, we couldn’t pass it up. We currently live in The Woodlands, where it is such a short drive to our new vacation home! Pointe West has so many things for our family to do – we have a brand new baby girl who just thoroughly enjoys watching the sand crabs running around on the beach in the early morning hours. We hope families will enjoy staying there as much as we do!

The overall views, amenities, and relaxed environment allowed me to rest and relax in total comfort. The convenience of this property to Houston was a big plus. The beach access, and the resort pool and food service were excellent. This is a total quality scenario and I will utilize this property again as soon as possible. Thank you for providing such a quality and price suitable property.

Our 1st visit to Pt.West but definitely not the last--this is not the typical 'Galveston' beach. Private is the way to go to avoid cars & trash on the sand. The owners were so friendly & easy to work with. Countless games kept the 3 pre-schoolers happy while in the unit. Lovely decor & view. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. Have already recommended to friends!

We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Pointe West 7/12-7/17. The condo was in a great location, beach side, near the walkover and beach club. This was perfect for our girls 4,7,& 10. The condo had all the comforts of home including movies for the kids, books for kids (and magazines for mom), and games. The beds were heavenly! Marcie was so great! Thank you so much. We all had a great time and look forward to coming back next summer.

We had a wonderful time at Pointe West. The condo was very well furnished, especially for the kids....games, videos, books, even stuffed animals. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very kind; they answered all our questions, got the storage unit unlocked when we couldn't get it open, and accomodated our friends that were with us too. The beach club, lazy river, and beach were great. Thank you for making our first family vacation one we will remember!!!

The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed and had a fabulous view of the ocean. The beach club and pools were great and the entire staff was helpful and friendly. We grew up going to the white sandy beaches of Florida and previous visits to Galveston were not enjoyable. This was by far our best trip to Galveston and we will be back. The owner was exceptional and always avaiable when we had questions. Great experience and we would highly recommend renting this unit.

We just returned from our stay at Pointe West! Everyone had an awesome time! This condo was so much more than I could have imagined...the pictures don't do it justice. The decor is beautiful and all of the extras definitely set this place apart from the rest. We especially liked the location...within walking distance to the beach and the fantastic Beach Club. The views are amazing...beach view from the main balcony and bay view (with beautiful sunsets) from the balcony off of the master bedroom. We had so much fun and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We are already planning our next trip back!
